Mountain view Hotels in Marrakech

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

The service is very good. You can go to the spa and soak in the hot springs. The service attitude is very good. Most of the staff can speak English.

I chose this riad because it had high reviews, and it was just as wonderful as the reviews said. The rooms and courtyard were artistic and relaxing. The food was also delicious, and although dinner was an additional charge, the tajine pot had a simple home-cooked taste and was very tasty. Furthermore, the owner and staff were all friendly and kind, so I was very satisfied. The homely atmosphere was soothing, and it was the first time I'd ever had such a difficult time checking out. I'd definitely like to visit again.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel im traditionellen Stil und marokkanischen Design mit wundervollem Garten und tollen Pools (insbesondere der Warmwasserpool!). Aber natürlich ist das Tigmiza kein modernes Luxushotel, …es wirkt alles etwas staubig und muffig. Vor allem der Fitness „Raum“ war echt kein Highlight: ein Laufband, ein Stepper, ein Basic Hometrainer-Bike. Die Isomatten und Hanteln staubbedeckt-klebrig und ohne Handtücher kaum benutzbar. Dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt gut genießen können, denn wir hatten uns von vornherein darauf eingestellt - und Marrakech beinhaltet traditionell nun mal Staub! Daraus ergibt sich vielleicht der besondere Flair. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und bemüht, das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig! Wer also das traditionelle Ambiente liebt und etwas Staub und old-fashioned Style toleriert, der kann im Tigmiza eine gute Zeit haben!

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Much better than expected. I like the location being next to a hypermarket and public transport. The bed was decent and there was actually a fridge in the room. My room was very clean. The internet was good for one person. Speed was around 10up 5down. Not blazing fast but could video call and stream no problem. I only paid the honest and correct amount of city tax compared to other places in Morocco. Staff were friendly enough. I would actually come back - decent value for money

We had a lovely time staying at Riad dar Medina Land. Staff were fantastic and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was great. Great location as well, on a more hidden street but easy to walk to/from the centre and it was nice to be on the quieter side of the Medina at times. Only issue was on the first night there was a double booking so we had to stay in another riad, otherwise all good and even this situation was dealt with nicely. Would recommend staying here!
