We were deeply touched by the gracious upgrade to the Presidential Villa, a gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of Oberoi hospitality. The villa itself was beyond breathtaking — private, serene, and thoughtfully designed with every imaginable comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Rohan, the General Manager, whose leadership and warmth are evident in every aspect of the resort; to Arjun, whose mastery in food and beverage turned every meal into a culinary experience; and to Mamdouh, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction feel personal. What truly sets The Oberoi, Marrakech apart is not just its beauty, but its people. Every team member we encountered embodied the Oberoi ethos — gracious, intuitive, and consistently exceeding expectations. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

1. They don't remove used dishes at breakfast. 2. They don't replace used kits (dental and shaving) 3. They don't have their own branded car. They come by calling an economy class taxi. 4. They mixed up all the massages in the SPA, but the SPA itself is good.

So happy that we booked this riad.. Its newly renovated... we got the room fronting the pool.. Car cannot enter inside the medina but one of the staff came and met us at the entrance and help us with our luggage.. The owner was accommodating, he told us to feel at home and offered a free pancake.. he also showed us one of his special room with a stunning hand crafted ceiling.. Pictures shows how amazing the riad is, definitely recommend.. Location wise it okay its only few steps to the souks.

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

This charming hidden gem, nestled in the middle of Agafay Dessert is a treasure find. Marrakech architecture, luxurious, peaceful retreat away from the chaos of touristy Marrakech. The food, the place and oh the beautiful, wonderful people in this charming Riad. Impeccable service! Off the beaten path for sure, but sooo worth it! And well, you wont even notice, with the 24 hour transpo service
