Echarm properties in Beijing

Traveling for my child's crucial college entrance exam, I specifically booked this hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a big thumbs up! The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the exam venue. In the morning, we didn't have to rush around; we could just walk to the test center. This saved us the anxiety of traffic and commuting, giving my child more time to rest and calm their nerves.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good. Cleanliness: The room was also cleaned well. Service: The service attitude was excellent, no complaints there, but there were some minor issues with the quality. They said they'd wash and deliver my clothes the next day, but they must have forgotten, so I went to pick them up myself. The first room I was assigned had an awkward pillar, but the front desk quickly arranged a room change for me, which was great. I came to see Tiananmen Square, and it's not far from the hotel, so it's definitely recommended. Breakfast was just so-so, enough to grab a quick bite. Luggage storage was convenient, and all the staff were very enthusiastic.

Highly recommend! My stay was fantastic. The location is superb, within walking distance to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Qianmen Street. It's also right next to Metro Lines 2 and 8, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively sharing travel tips. Plus, I could store my luggage for free after check-out. If you're visiting Beijing, staying here offers incredible value for money, making your trip worry-free and comfortable!

Great location, close to Bejing West train station and room is well designed. Bed is comfy. Walls a bit thin so you may here the neighbours. Very good staff. Cleaning ladies are helpful and fast. The staff at the reception helped me with finding a tailor, buying tickets for the the forbidden city,…. Great staff. Price is very good for the package you get from my pov. The park around the corner invites for walks and getting some rest from the city life.
