"I arrived at Qiuduo Hotel late at night, exhausted from a day of transit and dragging heavy luggage. I just wanted a simple place to crash, but I was touched by the thoughtful service from start to finish. Even now, thinking back on that stay still warms my heart. As soon as I entered, the front desk staff immediately came forward to take my heavy suitcase. While quickly checking me in, they gently reminded me about my travel route for tomorrow, speaking in a soft, genuine tone. The moment I walked into my room, I was amazed by how clean it was. There wasn't a hint of odor in the entire room, and the floors and surfaces were wiped spotless. The bedding was smooth and soft, with no hair or stains on the corners. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent; the mirror was streak-free, the drain had no grime, and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the shower mat was dry and clean. It was clear that the cleaning was meticulous and thorough, easily matching the cleanliness standards of my own home. In the middle of the night, I suddenly felt cold and dizzy. On a whim, I called the front desk. Within minutes, a staff member brought me brown sugar ginger tea and extra heat patches, gently telling me to rest well, without the slightest hint of impatience. The next day, I accidentally stained the bedsheet while out, and felt quite guilty. When the housekeeping auntie came to clean, she kindly reassured me not to worry about it. After changing the bedding, she also tidied up my scattered clothes, and proactively refilled the drinking water and toiletries. The service throughout was full of thoughtful details, responding to requests 24 hours a day, always available for any issue. There was no excessive, over-enthusiastic politeness, just perfectly appropriate attentiveness. The clean and tidy environment, coupled with the thoughtful and attentive service, melted away all the fatigue from traveling. It's rare to encounter such a dedicatedly run hotel when traveling. Qiuduo is not just a place to stay; it feels more like a temporary warm home. I highly recommend it for both short trips and long stays. The hygiene is solid, and the service is heartwarming. "The room was great, and the staff were very friendly. It's super convenient for getting around, right by the famous Shijia Hutong, with tons of food options nearby – you'll never go hungry. Just two things to note: there's no elevator, and breakfast leans heavily Western, with only knives and forks, no chopsticks. The front desk mentioned they have a lot of foreign guests, and I'd say about 80% to 90% of the people I saw were foreigners from all over the world. You'd occasionally spot a Chinese guest (like me, bringing back baozi and soy milk to eat in the restaurant). P.S. The family room was really good, first time staying in one and I was impressed!"

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but still acceptable. Service: The front desk service was average, neither good nor bad, nothing to write home about. However, the room service was excellent. They replaced a hairdryer that had overheated, provided complimentary snacks, drinks, and mosquito repellent. Many services were handled very well. The hotel's location is great, not far from the subway station, making it convenient to get to many places. I didn't try the breakfast as I couldn't wake up in time, so I won't comment on it. Overall, it was a good stay with decent value for money, and the room was quite spacious. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Beijing."

"The room is big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The bathroom is clean, and there is room service every day. At night, there is no noise, so you can get a good night’s sleep. Bed is very comfortable and sheets look very clean. The Yitel Hotel is located in the CBD. It is about 13 minutes away from Jianguomen subway station, which is convenient for taking the metro to most tourist attractions. You also have the option of taking a Didi to get around the city. I recommend this hotel."

The only downside was that to get to the elevator from our floor, you still had to go up a flight of stairs, meaning we had to carry our luggage ourselves. This is very inconvenient for travelers who usually have large suitcases. Cleanliness: It wasn't very clean; there was a lot of dust. Environment: It was good, with excellent soundproofing, so it was quiet. Service: I've stayed at a few hotels in Beijing, and the service here was honestly hard to describe—it was quite indifferent."

"My first impression upon entering the house was that it was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and the hot water came out quickly. For this location, the price-performance ratio is truly excellent."

"The staff were very friendly and gave us our rooms way before the check in timing. They go out of their way to help us find our taobao orders, send our mei tuan orders to our rooms via the delivery bot, and even assist us when we require their assistance. The room is also v clean and nice, and location wise it's very convenient to 王府井. I think the only small con of this hotel would be how the pick up point from the hotel may be inconvenient to some Didi drivers there (as they usually are unavailable to drive inside) Overall I highly recommend all to come and stay in this hotel."

"The environment here is absolutely stunning and dreamy, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Booking a room with a private hot spring was an amazing experience! The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. Overall, the experience was fantastic! The hotel's cat is also adorable and super friendly; you can pet it all you want! I'll definitely be staying longer next time."
