Guest UserI stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.

The hotel was booked for the leader on a business trip. The environment and location are very good, and the after-sales service is very nice. There was an error in the invoice, and I contacted a lady named Xiaoxi to solve it immediately. It was perfect. I will continue to book Orange Hotel on my next business trip

Anonymous UserFacilities: The room offers an excellent view directly facing the Forbidden City. The swimming pool is comfortably heated, and the gym is well-equipped with machines that are maintained like new.
Cleanliness: Impeccable. The bedding was pristine and crisp, and the bathroom was spotless. The turndown service even organized personal belongings meticulously.
Ambiance: Located in Wangfujing, yet surprisingly quiet. The floral arrangements and artwork in the public areas are tasteful and elegant. The unique scent of oriental agarwood creates a distinctive, secluded atmosphere.
Service: Our butler, Xiao Lü, was the absolute highlight. She attentively observed our needs, proactively prepared a rainy-day itinerary, and arranged a late check-out. Her thoughtfulness felt like that of an old friend, making it a truly warm and memorable experience. Overall, it exceeded our expectations! 👍🏻

After comparing several hotels in the same price range, I chose Zǐlóng Gardens. I'd also looked at their usual rates, and it seemed a bit pricier then, but booking it in advance for a holiday trip was definitely a steal.
**Stay:** For the same price, other places offer rooms under 30 square meters, but Zǐlóng Gardens gives you 50 square meters. It's nestled in a hutong, offering a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city. It's actually the former residence of Prince Taò, who was an advisor to the People's Liberation Army's equestrian administration. We opted for the family room, which even had a small balcony with a view. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, so washing up wasn't cramped at all.
**Food:** The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks (mineral water, Coke, Sprite, beer), and they'd replenish it anytime. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food is incredibly fresh, with different dishes every day. I initially thought breakfast wasn't included, but it turned out to be free! From 11 AM to 11 PM, they offer afternoon tea with chef-prepared dishes like wontons and Zhajiangmian, all completely free of charge. You can even take fruit back to your room. The 'Sìyuè Hétún' restaurant on the first floor also had good prices and flavors; no reservations needed for their fugu or roast duck.
**Getting Around:** It's very close to Nanluoguxiang, the National Art Museum of China, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, but I mostly used taxis, which made getting around super convenient.
**Service:** The hotel staff's service was impeccable. Finally, although check-out was officially at 12 PM, they were fine with us leaving at 2 PM, and even gave us a farewell gift.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Our 5-day, 4-night trip during Chinese New Year was a fantastic family experience and definitely enhanced our vacation.

The hotel's location is excellent, just south of Qianmen Street and close to Zhushikou subway station, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. The hotel decor is quite luxurious with a vintage, stylish feel. The front desk staff were very attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Very satisfied!

Guest UserI chose the Yizhuang Echeng Hotel by chance, and it was unexpectedly good! As someone who travels frequently for business, I have fairly high standards for hotels, and this one completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with a logical layout, and everything was neatly arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was high quality, and I slept incredibly well, feeling refreshed. The cleanliness details were perfect; every nook and cranny was spotless, and the bathroom was odor-free, dry, and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, saving me time. All the in-room amenities were new and easy to use, and the internet was stable, perfect for both work and streaming. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I had a pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

RudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here.
Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy.
I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response.
This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

GuozhihaoHonestly, everything was impeccable, from the value for money and pre-arrival communication to the actual stay. However, I have to mention the staff at the Kids' Club – they were quite something. My package included the Spring Kite Flying activity, and I asked a staff member if I could pay extra to switch to the pottery workshop. She said yes, it would be an additional 100 RMB. So I called my child over from outside, and we were just about to start when another staff member, a heavier-set woman in a white t-shirt, quickly interjected, saying we couldn't. When I asked why not, she replied with a very dismissive look, ”The activities we put in packages are the ones nobody wants to do.” I didn't want to argue with her, so I went to the front desk in the main lobby. After the front desk called to inquire, they said we could indeed pay extra for pottery. But by then, I'd completely lost interest. It just felt like a lack of consistent service, which was really disappointing. I hope this gets some attention, because for a hotel with such a great environment, I think it's one of a kind in Beijing. It would be a shame to spoil the whole experience because of one bad apple.

I have been staying in this hotel since I came back a few years ago. It is very humane and upgraded me to a standard room on a high floor for free. I asked for a few more pairs of slippers, and they were given to me the day before yesterday. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time.
