Holiday Inn properties in Beijing

The hotel is in a really nice location, but it somehow feels old and in the need of a refresh. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly in the room: it was working as a fan and not as an air cooler. The staff, however, were really helpful and made sure to help me out by moving me to another (and better!) room. Special thanks to Jeffrey! I would suggest making sure that not only the bedsheets are clean (they were), but also the curtains since they had some suspicious stains.

My birthday stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the room was spacious and comfortable with soft, cozy bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they even surprised me with a thoughtful birthday treat and helped decorate the room, which was a lovely touch. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Plus, the breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, the service was attentive and meticulous, making for a truly pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept incredibly well. Plus, the view from the window was lovely and really brightened our mood. A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Yu at the front desk, who was simply wonderful! She had a sweet smile and provided excellent service, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a delightful bonus for our trip. When we needed a late check-out, she was very accommodating and enthusiastically helped us arrange it, allowing us to pack without rushing. She also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, saving us a lot of hassle. Ms. Yu was consistently gentle and patient, always ready to assist, truly treating guests like family. Thanks to her attentiveness, this trip felt extra special and warm. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Alisa Wang, XuanXuan, and Xiaojia's team are fantastic! [Strong][Strong][Strong] Even though the hotel has been open for over 40 years, the surrounding area is still convenient. The complex is huge, and the hotel facilities are quite comprehensive and well-equipped. It's not far from Wangjing, and guests can park for free in winter with their license plate.

Due to travel restrictions, we requested a delayed check-out until 2 PM upon check-in, and the receptionist was very helpful. The bedding was very comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing and light control allowed us to get a good rest after our long journey to Beijing. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Beijing.

This stay was absolutely flawless! The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient for shopping, getting a taxi, or taking public transport. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance, and Moon at the front desk (Xiao Feng) was very efficient with check-in. All the staff were polite and friendly, and Manager Zhang from the lobby even proactively offered tips for local sightseeing. The guest room was spotless, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was impeccably clean. The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. All the amenities were well-stocked, and the hot water supply was stable. When I had a last-minute request, housekeeping responded super fast. This hotel would also be perfect for families traveling with children or elderly relatives. Every detail shows thoughtfulness and care, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short stays. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

The hotel has an overall minimalist yet grand design, and the new Chinese-style decor is very comfortable. The lobby is clean and spacious, and check-in was very quick. The room key card also feels great; attention to detail is evident everywhere. The room itself is very spacious, and the bedding is so soft, I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom has a clean and tidy wet/dry separation, making me feel completely safe staying here with my child. There are green plants and soft furnishings throughout the hotel, creating a wonderful ambiance.

The room was nice, a bit old, but very clean and tidy. There was a small vegetable garden and a cat kennel nearby where you could pet the cats for free. The cats were very well-behaved and clean, and the children loved them. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the check-out process. When we went to check out, the receptionist stared at the plush toy my daughter was holding—something we had brought with us—for a long time without saying anything. She didn't say anything when collecting the room key either. Only after we had walked away did she suddenly ask if we had taken it from the hotel room. I think that if she didn't know it wasn't in the room, then she wasn't very professional. If she wanted to ask, she should have asked when we handed over the room key. Asking so loudly after we had walked away, as if we had taken something from the hotel, is that polite? This needs improvement.

From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything is exquisitely designed and grand. The hygiene is impeccable with no blind spots, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a high quality of sleep. The front desk check-in was efficient, the service was polite and attentive, and room service responded promptly. The breakfast offers a rich variety, the location is convenient, and the environment is quiet. It's suitable for both business trips and vacations, highly recommended.
