Service: We arrived past midnight, and Xiao Tong at the front desk was incredibly patient, helping us with the shuttle transfer and even upgrading us to a deluxe room, which was very spacious! This is probably one of the best hotels within a 5km radius of T3 in terms of value for money and service 👍

I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Changping (Longcheng) for a business trip this time, and the overall experience was very down-to-earth and comfortable, without any over-the-top exaggerations.
The hotel's location is good, in Changping District, right next to the highway, making travel quite convenient. There are also shopping malls and schools nearby, so dining and shopping are easy. It's suitable for both business travelers and those staying for a few days.
First, about the facilities: the hotel is indeed a bit old, and you can tell the decor and some equipment aren't brand new, but they are incredibly well-maintained. The floors and furniture in the room were spotless, with no damage or chipped paint. The air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was good. Toiletries were complete, making it reassuring to use. The bedding was very comfortable; the mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the duvet and pillows were clean and fluffy. I slept very soundly at night.
The service was a big plus. The front desk staff member, Cantata, was enthusiastic and efficient with check-in; there was hardly any wait. She proactively reminded me about breakfast times and the WiFi password, among other details. When I had an issue and contacted the staff, they responded quickly and resolved it efficiently, without any shirking. The public areas were also tidy; the lobby, elevator areas, and corridors were clutter-free and looked neat.
Breakfast was a buffet. While not particularly lavish in variety, it had everything you'd expect: Chinese congee, buns, jianbing, and even traditional old Beijing doufuna (tofu pudding), alongside Western bread, coffee, and fruit. The taste was decent – I ate well and comfortably. The hotel also has a gym and an indoor pool. Although the facilities aren't cutting-edge, they are fully functional, making it convenient if you want to get some exercise.
Overall, this hotel doesn't have flashy gimmicks, but it excels in practicality, cleanliness, and excellent service. Despite its age, the facilities are meticulously maintained, offering great value for money. It's a reliable and reassuring place to stay, and I will prioritize choosing it again when I'm in the area.
