"It's rather a 3-star hotel. Quite far from the city center and the beach. However, it's ok in terms of for price/quality. It's located within the bus terminal on the 4th floor. Clean, but dated rooms. The breakfast was a disappointment. Limited and no variations during my 8 days of stay, but that's the only option since restaurants and cafes are about 15-20 minutes on foot from this hotel. A swimming pool and a gym are advantages."

"The hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else. This was our second visit and will stay there again."

"I was expecting a better for a 4 stars . Smal room for us and our adolescence. The hotel is a nice restaurant and is a nice restaurant , with the noise of all those retired people who speak very strongly during meals . "Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again."

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing. Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations. During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins. I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back."

"The room is moderately spacious and well-equipped. The front desk service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, the front desk saw the child coming back wet from the beach and took him to the shower room to wash."

"A great value hotel in an area that is close enough to everything Benidorm has to offer but is far enough out of the Hussle and bussel to ensure you get a good night's sleep. The swimming pool isn't very big for the number of guest rooms but it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent value at €8."

"Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly. We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room. In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee. They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive＜€13/14)＞ burgers ordered from a local takeout."
