"The room was quite spacious, ideal for family trips. The design showed some thoughtful touches, and it appeared to have been recently renovated, with the sofa bed already made up. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 20 meters from the fish market and the pier, which is incredibly convenient. However, the bathroom design proved to be very impractical in use. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would flood, leaving my slippers floating, and the sink also drained very poorly."

Laundry service is available free of charge at sister hotel (Grand Hotel Terminus) next door, 1 washer and 1 dryer. Breakfast spread is adequate, only one or 2 hot items changes daily. Gym is very well equipped. Overall a very pleasant stay at Zander."

"The hotel itself is not bad, the location, breakfast, and room are all good, but check-in and check-out took me a lot of time. I arrived at the hotel around 2 o'clock, and the front desk said that the room was not cleaned yet, so I put down my luggage and said I would be back after 3 o'clock; but when I came back after dinner at 4 o'clock, the room was still not cleaned, and I had to wait for at least 15 minutes; when I checked out, the front desk was busy, and there were many people waiting in line, and it took another 10 to 20 minutes."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was comfortable. However, our arrival experience was disappointing. We booked through Trip.com and, at check-in, were told that the room we had reserved was much smaller and not what we were expecting. Based on that explanation, we paid an additional fee to upgrade. Later, the hotel explained that the confusion was caused by the room photos used by the booking platform. Regardless of whose mistake it was, as a guest I was placed in a position where I felt I had to pay extra because of conflicting information between the hotel and its booking partner. I believe hotels should work closely with their booking partners to ensure room descriptions and photos are accurate, so guests can make informed decisions before arrival. I hope this process is improved for future guests."

The so-called 'happy atmosphere' was completely absent. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was indifferent. It really didn't feel like a star-rated hotel experience."
