The entrance was not clean, the floor of the room even less. The sink faucet had smeared the toothpaste of the previous guest and the toilet had encrusted dirt. The only positive side was the sheets and towels really clean and freshly laundered. I will not return"

"We booked this property based on the positive reviews. This historic residence dates back to the 14th century and is strategically located for visiting Assisi, Spello, and Rasiglia. The room is antique-style and clean, but we weren't impressed with the bed or the restaurant. I should point out that we had a Smartbox package that included dinner; the menu was limited, and the dishes we chose, unfortunately, were very tasty. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good."
