"I recently stayed at this hotel with my 6-year-old son, and overall, it was a decent experience considering its strong points and minor drawbacks. The Pros Great Location: The biggest advantage of the hotel is its fantastic location. It made getting around and exploring the area with a child very easy and convenient. Cleanliness: Despite being a bit dated, the room was kept very clean, which is always a priority when traveling with kids. The Cons Room Size & Furniture: The room was quite small, and the furniture was a bit old and could use an update. Climate Control: We stayed on the 4th floor, and unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. While a fan was provided, it was tucked away in the wardrobe, and the room got quite warm."

Staff were so helpful and friendly,myself and our 7 year old used the pool and games room every day .We only booked for two nights but we’re lucky to book the same room for a extra night .would definitely recommend Laguna Hotel already looking to book up for 2024. Considering it was the school holidays we found Laguna Hotel very reasonable priced, especially considering all the fascilities they have that are included in the price of your stay."

Because of a leak in the upstairs apartment on the first day, they upgraded our room for free; we were grateful for the staff's prompt response. "There is very little on site parking. The accommodation is good but very basic, no opening windows and no aircon. Our room was not clean and the bin contents were left from the previous guest which included their leftover takeaway. On a hot day this made our room smell terrible and took a while to get the smell out once we checked in and found it."

The breakfast was poor, with dry sandwiches with bacon or sausages that were tasteless, and 90 percent of the food was bread, so I wouldn't recommend it. The room was cold; if I turned on the warm air, an overheating alarm would go off after a while."
