Location is fabulous, just a few metres away from the underground S5 station which also connects with the Hbf. Hotel is pretty. Great sleep cos pillows are comfy !

But !
The room is pretty but not functional. The bottles holding soap - pumps dont work. Not just in my room but in 2 other rooms we booked. The water basin area - when you wash your face, it runs over. The force of water from the tap is so big, need to be very careful. Design fault.

My sister had a lower category room on the 1st floor, its pretty but again, not functional. The glass shower in the middle of the room leaks water out and she needed to cover the whole area with towels to prevent flooding. The water basin is so small, when she washes her face, she has to control water force otherwise it spills over the place. Design fault.

Hotel Romy is well located near Berlin station within a 5mins walk. The room is small but well equipped. Hotel Romy is pretty accessible to places of interest. Enjoyed a nice spread of breakfast n greeted by warm smiles from the restaurant staff.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! 

Its prime location near the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a modern yet cozy vibe, with stylish decor that immediately sets a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. 

It’s also walking distance to Berliner Dom and Berlin National museum. 

What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond.

My preference was not provided when we checked in.  We asked for high floor and quiet room, but we were assigned 2nd floor and faced tram street.   We were told to change on the next day, but we did not waste time on that again. Normally our high floor and quiet room should be granted and arranged by the hotel receptionist/reservation 
 on and before our arrival.

The location of the hotel is very good, with a subway/tram station next to it, and convenient transportation.
There are many shopping shops nearby, and it is not far from the Haak Market. It is very convenient to eat, drink and play.
The room is large, there is a hidden induction cooker, and there are kitchen utensils in the cabinet, which is very suitable for friends who want to cook for themselves.
I really like the washing and care products in the room. The soap is black, which is very special.

The hotel location is quite good. Next to the hotel there is also Rewe. // From the hotel you can walk to shopping areas and important tourist attractions. // Good accommodation, moderate sized and clean rooms. There is a bar downstairs. The day of check-in was quite lively. But it didn't disturb your stay // The staff provided very good service. The service is very friendly.

The boutique hotel is very nice and pleasant, excellent location, service meets our every request. The rooftop bar is excellent.
