You can spot the hotel's sign right after leaving the airport, and it's just a short 300-500 meter walk there. Even though it was hot, there's no need for a taxi.

The hotel itself is very new and boasts a huge swimming pool. For an airport hotel, it's incredibly well-equipped, and they have an abundance of staff who even help carry your luggage to your room. At this price, it's really great value for money.

It's about a 30-40 RMB taxi ride to some of the larger shopping malls with dining options, which is quite convenient. There are also shuttle options available; you can ask the staff at the front desk for a schedule and booking details.

Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view.

Good hotel with all amenities, large area for walking, several swimming pools.  Only you can’t swim in the sea, the water is very dirty.  We went by car to another place by the sea.  The receptionists are polite, the food in the restaurants is delicious but the prices are expensive

When checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and even had an employee assist me with my luggage all the way to the lobby and even into the elevator/room. Upon checkout, I stored my luggage for a bit, and again, an employee with an excellent attitude and service helped me with the storage process. When I picked up my luggage, they even put it in my car's trunk and closed the door for me. Overall, the staff's service and attitude were outstanding, especially the employee who handled the luggage storage. The location is also quite good, with a mall right next door, and attractions are neither too close nor too far. Unfortunately, the hotel room itself was a bit old; the bathroom floor had a bit of a film, disposable slippers were forgotten, and the bed sheets had some stains/spots.

It is the first time in the 7 years in China that I have received such excellent service and warm treatment at Le Meridien. Cindy and Luna and the young concierge know how to take care of guests. Cindy and Luna made arrangements for my wife who was arriving late without me saying a word. They also automatically gave us a room upgrade and welcomed up to Marriot Bonvoy rewards program. Connected with us on instant messaging for easy communication during our stay. Ms Liu slipped me some Latte vouchers. Breakfast was yummy. Le Meridien West Coast has every amenity. A hotel I was extremely satisfied with during my stay. It features a private beach, and both the beachfront bars and restaurants were excellent. Its location, just a 10-15 minute drive from Patong, was quite convenient. The common areas are very well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious, each with a balcony. Upon check-in, we were offered welcome drinks and refreshing towels. The staff were consistently friendly, always greeting us, which I greatly appreciated! Dining at the hotel restaurant was also surprisingly affordable, costing around 200 THB per person.

Room is clean, staffs are friendly. However the location to town is quite far and nearby does not have many food options. But overall is pleasant and happy stay for chill days.
