Didn't get to enjoy breakfast. It's right opposite Dubai Airport, super close. The public areas are nice. The only thing was hearing a woman screaming for help in the middle of the night, which was pretty terrifying. Otherwise, everything else was great. It's an excellent choice for a layover in Dubai.

Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view.

A great family-friendly hotel with swimming pools, an aqua park for kids, and a kids' club. The staff were very helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

The room indeed had the setup of an older hotel, but I wasn't disappointed because of its great location and design.  
Service: The service was excellent; they didn't treat anyone differently. 
The hotel has four restaurants: Japanese, Thai, BBQ, and Italian. They're a bit pricey, so I'd recommend eating in Patong to save some money. 
The hotel breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodle soup – I had a bowl almost every day!

I had an amazing stay at Le Méridien Mai Khao Beach Phuket! The resort was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool was huge and so much fun — definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Their kids club was awesome too, spacious with lots of activities that kept the kids entertained and happy.

Overall, everything was smooth, enjoyable, and beyond expectations. Truly a great place for families. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

The two ladies at the front desk on the day of my check-in were super friendly ❤️ Their warm smiles made me feel very welcome! The hotel environment is comfortable, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is great, and it's excellent value for money during the off-season!

Had a wonderful staycation at the hotel. I came to look at the venue for my upcoming 40th. Arrived 3 hours early and the Manager Cindy was very kind to book me in early and give me a complementary coffee voucher. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a bathtub and terrace. Looking forwarded to come back in the summer to use the pools.
