Hotel Exe Plaza is located near Madrid’s newest business area, towards the northern end of the city. From the hotel to the business area takes about 10 minutes by taxi - or 15 by public transportation - . One of the positive aspects of its location is they Plaza Castilla is a transportation hub with three metro lines and several buses terminal stations.
The hotel is very much business oriented, with comfortable bedrooms and a good wifi connection overall. 
The most disappointing part is the gym, a small room with only a few machines and some of them broken, need to reserve in advance with the reception counter so they ensure it is not too crowded there.

Before returning home, the last night of the stay, I still chose the hotel here. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. It is very friendly to people on business trips. The weekend price is very cheap and it is recommended.

The room was clean and just like the photo. Conveniently located opposite the subway station, and there is a paid parking lot with reasonable parking fees. I will stay here again next time.

Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Fine room with good bed. And, for me very important, very quiet: no noise load from outside and from the other rooms! Also super: no music, not at the reception, not in the breakfast room. 
A little far from the city, but bus 161 stops before the door (buy in a car in a station a UF map and load 10 rides there. NB in Madrid you pay not by distance/time, but by ride and crossing is often necessary).
A few improvements:
- the restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner during the winter season, which was not reported at the shopping room. Not pretty. Well room service with very limited and fairly priced possibilities.
- The fruit at breakfast was not mature, so it was not eating.
The older receptionist was unhappy to check out, he took a phone call and, while talking to the other, he managed my business, he didn't say anything to me, a deterrent because the real receptionists were just as kind and polite.
All of the hotel I'm going back to: very customer friendly and quiet!

The best thing about this hotel is the location is very good! The corner of the building is the main commercial street, where you can eat, drink, and have fun. It is a few minutes away from the Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza de España, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, and Puerta del Sol. It is just around the corner, supermarkets and restaurants. There are so many, there are Chinese restaurants in the next few steps down the road, it is so convenient! The hotel itself, we booked the parent-child room is the largest, there are 32 square feet, the room is big enough. Unfortunately, the facilities are a bit old, but the downstairs is so convenient, you can ignore them. The big sister at the front desk is still very simple. If you have friends, you will still recommend it!

The overall experience is good, hygienic, plenty of hot water, suitable indoor temperature, but the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell, and the price/performance ratio is very high

Overall the hotel was good.
The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.

Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)

My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

The hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.

The room is big and the inside is okay, but the bed sheets are a bit old, and the rest are gone. I didn't eat breakfast. I don't know what to do. I left in a hurry.

Quite a pleasant stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable. However, I found the welcome from the staff to be rather cold, as was the architecture of the ground floor, which lacks light and lacks a warm atmosphere (architecture, decor, or sound). The hotel's strong point is the pool, but the poolside area with the loungers is very small and crowded. I also couldn't access the pool on my last day after returning my room key.
The location isn't very convenient; you have to take the bus to get to the center.

I stayed at the Exe Isla Cartuja Hotel in Seville and was very pleased with my experience.
Service: The staff were welcoming, professional and always available. Their attentiveness and efficiency contributed greatly to making my stay enjoyable.
Facilities: The rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped, offering all the comforts needed to relax after a day of sightseeing. I regret not having taken a room with a view of the stadium, which would have added a unique touch to the experience. The hotel is quiet and well soundproofed, which guarantees a restful sleep. Another positive point: the hotel has free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car.
Location: The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but this can be an advantage for those looking for peace and quiet and easy access. By car, it is easy to reach the main tourist sites quickly, and the location is ideal for avoiding parking constraints in the center.
Food: The breakfast was of good quality with a varied offer, ideal for starting the day. The presentation and freshness of the products were impeccable, which I particularly liked.
In summary, my stay at the Exe Isla Cartuja hotel exceeded my expectations. The very good value for money, combined with attentive service and comfortable facilities, make this hotel an option that I would definitely recommend to those visiting Seville, especially those traveling by car.
