Stayed at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to BTS, shopping areas, cafes, and many restaurants, making it very convenient to get around Bangkok.

The studio room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and all the necessary amenities. The property is well maintained and quiet despite being in a busy area.

Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

Overall, great value for money and highly recommended for both short and long stays. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very satisfied with my 4 nights stay at this accomodation. The studio was spacious, clean and well equipped. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen and dining area great for takeaway food. The location is very convenient within walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS station.  Close to Emporium mall and not too far from Emsphere mall. Many eateries, spa and massage shops around. A 7-Eleven outlet is just around the vicinity. The doorman at the entrance is very helpful, always greeting and opening door to customers and assiting with baggage and welcoming when at the lobby entrance.

The location is fantastic; it's just a 5-minute walk from the MRT station. Several shopping malls are also within walking distance, and each offers a great variety of food. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very efficient.

My last sta wasn’t that impressive one and that’s why I left a review/feedback.
This time I come back, and the most important point for me was done. The cleaning, I have to say was attentive and deserve this time a good review.
I also noticed the problem solving attitude of the front desk staff, suck as, someone stolen or took my persona bag with laundry product which was on top the laundry machine with my belonging inside, the bag and products never found out where ended up, but one front desk guy, immediately come back to me with a pinch of products to use for my last laundry.

The hotel itself was decent. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfy and I loved the illumination on the wardrobe. But, lighting was not great at all so wasn’t too great to do make up. However, there was a nice dresser table with a mirror. The TV was big, easy to use and had English shows which was nice! 

The pool is a lot smaller than the pictures but was still pretty cool. On the other hand, the gym was amazing! Lots of great equipment and good options. 

The hotel is situated by the main road and about 25/30mins drive from BKK (up to 45mins drive -depends on traffic). There is a BTS station about 15min walk away which gives great access to stations where you can see the famous malls and landmarks. 

The staff that clean the rooms are really really lovely and they always check in on you, which was so nice. We got fresh towels and water everyday. The desk staff on the other hard were more curt but not bad at all. 

There is a 7/11 near by which was nice. 

Please note, this is a completely SMOKE -free hotel. You CANNOT smoke on the balcony, they tell you this when you check in , but would have been nice if they signposted this on the booking page/policies.

Traveled with 3 kids. 
Good: -It was very clean.
           -Very spacious. You should stay here if you are travelling with kids.
   Bad:-Little bit far from center. Always take 20’ taxi to center.
           -Pool water was very cold. I choose to stay here because of pool, but my kids can’t stand the cold water, even outside celsius was 30degree. We told the reception, but they say they change water once a week on thursday, so getting warm water is impossible.
           -Noise pollution!!! The heavy trucks and construction noise is heavy! Every bedroom window is to the road, so you can’t escape the noise!
I plugged my ear when we stay here for 3 nights! I told the reception to change the room, but they said your 3 bedroom room is only here, so it’s impossible, too! Everything you tell them can’t be fixed.

Extremely satisfied! Much better than the apartment I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the facilities were well-equipped. The location in District 7 is excellent, connected to a shopping mall. Although there isn't much to browse in the mall, crossing the small canal takes you right to Koreatown, where you can find plenty of dining, coffee shops, massage parlors, and supermarkets. You can skip the hotel breakfast and just go straight to Pho Viet Nam in Koreatown. The only downside is that it's far from the airport and city center, and traffic can be quite bad.

The hotel lives up to its brand. A lot of good things and the usual good stuff but let's discuss about the weakness here. It's an expensive hotel by HCM standards but they do not provide conditioner for hair? 

I am very disappointed, had to drag myself out to get this for my 9 year old daughter.

The frontliners services are very good. They try their best to help me if i need some support. Maybe the hotel need to check their furniture like sofa. Luckily the bed and matress is good. The location is good, whereby you can get grocery, restaurant within walking distance.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding. 
Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services.
Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

Room Amenities : No hairdryer. No bedside power sockets.
Bathroom : No hand/face towels. Shower area dirty.
TV : English language News channels all keep freezing.
Nearby : No 24 hour convenience stores nearby..
