The hotel is located in the middle of Soi 36, within walking distance of BTS Thonglor. You can also walk through Soi 38 using the pathway. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service until 8 PM, which is very convenient. The room size, cleanliness, modern building, and affordable price make it a great choice for a 3-night stay in Bangkok.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Due to my own oversight, I had booked one night less than needed. The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful; she found me a room and allowed me to extend my stay seamlessly without having to switch rooms. The room was clean, and it even had a washing machine with a drying function. The gym facilities were quite professional. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located right across the street. Even though the room faced the street, there was absolutely no noise. It's also very close to the BTS station! Overall, I found it to be excellent value for money.

So it’s pretty much my favorite stay in Bangkok 
The hotel facility (swimming pool) is amazing

Room are cleans and have a lot space, depending on which kind of room you booked.
but based on my previous stay I’ve been stayed their few types of room and all the room have tons of space and the bed are comfortable.
I’ve been staying the hotel every time on my business trip or holidays few times now
and to be honest the location is absolutely very convenient for traveller. Near the hotels there’s a building full of restaurants and sky bars and if you walk at the areas in Klong Toei there’s a two main huge malls you can shop and dine in.
Around 45min to the main airport by car.  
There’s also two convenient store 7-11 down the streets.

Definitely highly recommended for families or businesses traveller if you are looking for a peaceful and easy access in the city but you prefer to have a home-vibe. I recommend this one.

We stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved it, the hotel was very clean and all the staff were very accomodating and friendly! Also Oakwood is a great location very close to Saphan Taksin BTS station and the ferry is also a short walk. Our apartment was 1008 so we had the awesome view of the bangkok traffic. If you are planning to stay in Bangkok, I definitely recommend staying here.

Always my preferred option to stay whenever I’m back to BKK. Feel like home. The only issue that I had this trip is the wifi. The connection is weak and slow, would be good if this can be improved.

I eould like to provide feedback on my recent stay at your property. While I appreciated the hotel's excellent location in District 7, its proximity to District 1, and the convenience of being adjacent to a shopping mall, my overall experience was unfortunately very disappointing due to several significant issues.

Firstly, I found the photographs of the room on your booking platform to be highly misleading. I specifically selected and paid for a room that was advertised with a bathtub, which was a key factor in my decision to book. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that not only lacked a bathtub but was also exceptionally small. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was provided is unacceptable.

Secondly, I encountered a serious issue with the management of my breakfast inclusion. I had confirmed a booking that included breakfast. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 AM (well within the stated service hours, which end at 10:00 AM), your staff had no record of my breakfast entitlement. After I presented my receipt as proof, the staff member I interacted with was incredibly rude. Instead of an apology for the error, I was dismissively told, ”Ok, you only have 5 minutes to eat.” The mistake was entirely on the hotel's end, and the time spent verifying my booking—a process that should have been seamless—directly cut into the limited time I had to dine. This poor handling of the situation and the staff's impolite demeanor made what should have been a simple meal into a very frustrating experience.

Due to these issues—the misleading room description and the unprofessional service regarding the breakfast—my stay was profoundly unsatisfactory. The combination of these factors has led me to conclude that this will be my first and last stay at Oakwood Resident Saigon.

The room was noisy due to construction (renovation) in progress. There was noise coming from the ceiling fan or some kind of electronic equipment.

hotel is ard 10-15 mins away from the main benh tanh area! hotel service staff were amazing and helpful. they even prepared a cake and towel decorations for my friend’s birthday! room was big and clean too with all the amenities that we needed

Excellent location right in the city center, with a fantastic breakfast. However, the hotel entrance is a bit tricky to find—after turning in from the main road, make sure to turn left again to reach the entrance.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding. 
Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services.
Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.
