The hotel provided excellent service and a warm welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was beautiful, there was a fitness service, and a shuttle bus to the main road, which was very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall, offering a complete range of shopping, dining, and entertainment, making travel extremely convenient. The service staff are friendly and kind; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they were always proactive in providing enthusiastic assistance. The overall experience was comfortable and pleasant, combining convenience and quality, making it an excellent choice for accommodation!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bangkok – everything was genuinely good, with no unpleasant surprises.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bedding was fresh, and the towels were clean, soft, and odorless – which is always a key indicator for me when choosing a hotel.

The air conditioning worked perfectly: it cooled the room quickly without making you feel like you were being blasted by cold air. This is especially important in hot Bangkok 😅.

The room had everything I needed, cleaning was good, the plumbing was clean, and there were no unpleasant odors. Overall, it's clear that the hotel is well-maintained.

A special bonus was the location. It was very convenient for getting around the city, with everything you need nearby, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time commuting.

The staff were pleasant and responsive, and I didn't encounter any problems during my stay.

In short, this is one of those places I can confidently recommend. From the towels and air conditioning to the cleanliness, service, and location – everything was perfect. I would definitely return here on my next trip to Bangkok.

Very pleasant to the staff who working there , very helpful, provided have Tuk Tuk services to BTS Thonglo to ease some distance of walking..something valued added for this hotel , the room size is huge enough for a family of 4 .. the housekeeping are tip top whatever left out at room will top up or even add on … overall we are impress with this hotel

This is 2nd time staying at same hotel in Sukhumvit and my experience this time around was total opposite of 1st stay. Even though the room was similarly spacious, the overall experience of the housekeeping service was bad. Apart from the 1st night, housekeeping did not:
1) Replenish drinking water bottles until informed
2) Empty the trash under kitchen counter (for 3 days)
3) Clean the bathroom (had nasty smell)
4) No dishwashing liquid
5) Empty trash can under room table
6) Did not get to clean room until late afternoon ~ 5pm (after getting back to back)
7) Towels provided looked old/worn and could have used a change
Other Negatives:
8) Crazy traffic on Sukhumvit 24 during peak hours
9) The shower area is tiled and extremely slippery when wet (placing a floor towel outside shower is not the solution)
The positives:
1) The kitchenette and full utensils, dining ware, toaster, microwave and water pot
2) Washer + Dryer (although not all room types have this) makes it convenient to do washing
3) The resident lounge with free coffee
4) Quiet / Low Density property
3) Location close to BTS via Emporium Mall (as opposed to some other properties where you'd have to walk a fair distance)

The hotel facilities are quite new. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is super handy, and a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining options. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find a spa, ATM, and more restaurants, making it very convenient.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about 5-6 kilometers, but getting around Ho Chi Minh by taxi is easy and affordable.

The hotel is very quiet, and the room was incredibly comfortable, feeling just like home. We stayed for four consecutive days, and it was spacious enough for the whole family, plus having laundry facilities was a huge plus.

It offers excellent value for money. For the same price in the city center, you'd only get a standard room. My mother's family of four had a three-bedroom suite, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious for them.

I've stayed here many times, and what remains consistently excellent are the cleanliness and friendly service. The front desk staff can communicate in English, which was a huge help for someone like me who knows little to no Vietnamese. The location is very close to the city center, and it's easy to get a taxi immediately. It's a great hotel that I would recommend and stay at again and again.

Traveling with kids-Stay here. Its far good from hotel, it’s like home-you can even cook whatever you want and more clean than 5star hotels.
Also have 2 pools-30th floor and 5th floor.
And it’s near korea town I guess-lot of k market and night street but 20 min far from center.
We choose this because before that we stayed oakwood (thought these 2 connecting residence are almost one, because we had oakwood written gowns) and want to try Richlane this time and found that it has 2 pools. This area is for relax, no noise pollution of city center.

🧻 **Hygiene:** The hygiene was good. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and we didn't have to sort our own trash.
📍 **Location:**
The location was excellent. It's very close to the subway and bus stations, making it convenient for getting around.
There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby, so dining and shopping are also convenient.
The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop.
🏨 **Environment:**
The sound insulation between the hallway and the rooms isn't great. You can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly from inside the room. If someone checks in late at night or returns to their room and makes a lot of noise, you might be woken up.
The room ceilings are very low, much lower than standard floor heights, which makes you feel very claustrophobic when standing in the hallway and the room.
The twin room appears to have been converted from a double room. The bedside tables, originally sized for a single large bed, look out of place in a twin room. For the bed closest to the door, when lying on the pillow, an electrical outlet is right above your head, posing a potential electric shock hazard!
✅ **Summary:**
If you don't mind the ceiling height and room size, I would generally recommend this hotel, especially during the off-season or when the room rates are not high, as it offers good value for money. It's not suitable for people who spend a lot of time relaxing in the hotel, but it's fine for those who just return to the hotel to sleep.

This is an older hotel. The lobby is on the 5th floor, and you then take an internal elevator to your room. The room decor is a bit dated. The larger suites are quite good, featuring a kitchen, dining table, and living room sofa. However, the smaller rooms are right by the entrance, facing the bathroom. If there's an odor from the toilet, you have to open the door to air it out, and the door can only be propped open with a chair. The windows are frosted, which is a bit awkward. Disposable slippers are in the wardrobe of the larger suites; I'm not sure if toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided, as I always bring my own toiletries when I travel. Extra beds and bedding are charged separately. There are no international power adapters, but the kitchen outlets work. The room comes with a fridge, washing machine, cutlery, and a dishwasher. Overall, the rooms are quite spacious, making it suitable for family trips. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hyundai Department Store and Coex. Across the street from the hotel, there are convenience stores and restaurants. Blue Bottle is located just a short walk and turn to the left after exiting the hotel. It's also very close to nearby luxury shops by taxi, perfect for a shopping spree.
