I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit Bangkok. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with convenient access to BTS stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it is a comfortable and value-for-money stay that I would gladly choose again.

Good choice for Family trip! 2 bedroom suite can fit for 5 person. Service is good ; smooth check in and housekeeping lady is friendly too ! 
Two things recommended to look into 
- sofa condition , it’s a bit too soft 
- suggest apply apple - mirroring for TV connection

Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this hotel makes everything easy and convenient. Just steps away from major shopping malls and great restaurants. The area feels lively yet comfortable, and the rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. A great choice for both leisure and business travelers!

#I would like the housekeeper to check the neatness even more. ก่อนที่จะปล่อยห้องให้แขก เนื่องจากเช๊คอินเข้าไปเจอขวดน้ำเปล่าที่ทานเสร็จแล้วในมินิบาร์ไม่เก็บไม่เช็ดและไอศกรีมที่เปิดทานแลัวทิ้งไว้ (ทิ้งลงถังให้เรียบร้อยค่ะ )

Location and size of the apartment (we booked a 3 bedroom apartment) was excellent! The apartment was very clean and the cleaning stuff always polite and kind. The swimming pool is not very big but still easy to enjoy in an hot Bangkok afternoon. They must renew the bath and swimming pool towels because they are outrageously outdated and looking very bad. The breakfast was one of the worst of my breakfast hotel experiences. I am not a picky eater but the coffee was horrible and the fruits not fresh at all! Again overall we had a nice experience but with few adjustments this Oakwood residence will be a place where to go back.

The location is great, with Vivo City mall next to the hotel. A cafe is located at the ground floor with lunch and dinner options too. 

Amenities include a huge rooftop pool and a large gym with all machines for all muscle groups.

The rooms are clean, showers have good pressure.

We stayed as a family traveling from different cities,
and this hotel made us feel like we were living together in one home again.

The room was spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully simple, no unnecessary items, just everything we actually needed.
It was quiet, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.

After a long day of travel and a very disappointing another hotel experience (we canceled another hotel and came back here because we already stayed here at the first night of this trip), arriving here felt like a relief.
My whole family said this feels like our home.

Thank you for providing such a calm, clean, and reliable space.
I would gladly stay here again and even consider becoming a regular guest.

The hotel lives up to its brand. A lot of good things and the usual good stuff but let's discuss about the weakness here. It's an expensive hotel by HCM standards but they do not provide conditioner for hair? 

I am very disappointed, had to drag myself out to get this for my 9 year old daughter.

Excellent location right in the city center, with a fantastic breakfast. However, the hotel entrance is a bit tricky to find—after turning in from the main road, make sure to turn left again to reach the entrance.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding. 
Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services.
Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.
