Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, suitable for larger families and business travelers.
Environment: Right next to VivoCity shopping mall, making transportation convenient.
Service: The front desk staff's English was excellent, making communication smooth and easy.

Best service apartment for stay in Saigon. The view from my apartment was the most beautiful I’ve have ever seen, I could see landmark 81 and bitexco and Saigon bridge from my window, looked even more dreamy at night. The place is super clean, room was spacious, facilities was great, 2 pools one on roof and other on ground, peaceful function rooms too, next door to a vivo city with a co op supermarket in it, so I go 40 000 dong breakfast it was great. Washing machine, cooking stoves, and forks spoons, chopsticks everything I needed. ALSO SUPER IMPORTANT was, 100% trust for the staff and cleaners here, after I  check out, I forgot my money in the safe, and there was a lot in there, the cleaners found it and staff call me to pick it up, upon picking it up, ALL THE MONEY was returned to me, 100% honest staff and cleaners, 100% SAFE to stay here. Thank you Richlanes next time I am there I will leave a much larger tip for you all, I give you  my word in this. THANK YOU RICHLANES. The best

The hotel lives up to its brand. A lot of good things and the usual good stuff but let's discuss about the weakness here. It's an expensive hotel by HCM standards but they do not provide conditioner for hair? 

I am very disappointed, had to drag myself out to get this for my 9 year old daughter.

We love the apartment as it is a reputable hotel chain and it allows us to book more rooms for travellers who travelled as a  family. However, the hotel should replace all small and compact size toiletries to those bigger size toiletries installed in the toilet to reduce wastage of throwing the bottles and saving the earth. The master room toilet door was not user friendly and dangerous as if you accidentally closed the door by leaving your fingers slightly on the centre of the door, it will pinch your fingers painfully. Security in hotel is safe. The staff at the counter should be more friendly by smiling at all passing by customers. They will only smile at you when u walked to the counter to inquire some concerns.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding. 
Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services.
Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

Room Amenities : No hairdryer. No bedside power sockets.
Bathroom : No hand/face towels. Shower area dirty.
TV : English language News channels all keep freezing.
Nearby : No 24 hour convenience stores nearby..

We spent 2 nights here during the long weekend in the beginning of May. Our choice was a premium one bedroom with sea view.  The sea view from the room is very beautiful.  Since it is the long weekend, the hotel was full booked, the breakfast service, which was packed in case with every room price, was very crowded.  You may have to set yourself in not peak time slot to avoid of that. Around the hotel, there was a night market where you can find some snacks and fruits.
