The location is well located, near to itpl with a parking
the room was clean and well maintained the food was great and at an affordable price

location is just on main road. u get all the honking from traffic round the clock.
dominos pizza is at ground floor is great for rainy days.
Room ambiance and amenities are basic 
Housekeeping needs reminders to clean your room.
Breakfast is relatively basic but sufficient.
