The stay was amazing, to convenient to get to all the major sites, as well as going further to ZhuJiajiao bu metro! Staff were so friendly and accommodating.the bed was firm and comfortable, having a sofa in the room made the stay more relaxing. We were so busy, the only regret is I didn't have time to use the gym. Other amenities were amazing...kitchen on every floor. Washed clothes, this was a feee service and excellent! I was able to reheat food. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was great, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. It's a serviced apartment, so you can rent it for short or long stays. Downstairs, there's a shared kitchen where you can use the microwave to heat up food. Overall, it's excellent value for money. Considering the area, proximity to the subway, and the room environment, I highly recommend it.

The room was comfortable, and it came with a washer-dryer, which was a great amenity. The staff were also quite enthusiastic. The main issue was with the outsourced breakfast. The lady working there was wearing a big Polo Ralph Lauren logo, so she probably comes from a decent background and looked down on serving hotel guests. The food preparation was very sloppy and perfunctory, making the 50 yuan breakfast price totally not worth it. She was always bossy and felt the need to state the obvious, just to assert her authority. For example, she'd say things like, ”Don't open the lid when pouring drinks; someone just did that and spilled it,” or ”If you come late, there aren't many choices, everyone knows that.” I think it would be better if they didn't partner with them and just said the hotel apartment doesn't offer meals, as there are many snack shops nearby. Perhaps that would make the lady change her attitude and strive to win over customers, restoring the service industry's proper service mindset.

There were four of us staying here, and every time we come to Xuhui, we choose BASE because it's incredibly convenient. The service is exceptional; everyone is so kind and they even helped us with our luggage. The rooms are very clean, and it's great that you can do laundry and work out. We'll definitely choose BASE again next time we visit.

I came to Shanghai to Base Baishe Tongfeng Road store to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. First, I was immediately impressed when I walked in! The overall design is simple, modern, and upscale, creating a perfect ambiance. The public areas are incredibly stylish, making for great photo opportunities. It's a quiet oasis in the middle of the bustling city, exceptionally peaceful, and all my stress melted away as soon as I entered.

Soundproofing & Hygiene | A blessing for severe insomniacs
Honestly, I'm a very light sleeper and extremely picky about hotel soundproofing, but this place genuinely exceeded my expectations! I barely heard any footsteps in the hallway or noise from next door. I slept soundly until I woke up naturally, even my alarm clock was unnecessary. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and felt like a soft embrace. The pillow selection was thoughtful, ensuring even those with neck pain could rest peacefully.

I'd give full marks for the cleanliness details! There was no stuffy odor in the room, and the entire space was bright and airy. The floors and corners were spotless, with no dust accumulation. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the shower pressure was stable, and hot water came out quickly. The amenities were comprehensive, and the room layout was well-designed, spacious, and not at all cramped.

I absolutely must commend the front desk lady! She was efficient and gentle during check-in, patiently and meticulously answering any questions I had. Her attitude was friendly yet professional. She proactively informed me about the hotel's public gym, shared living room, and other facilities. The entire experience was exceptionally comfortable. Whether for a short stay or a city getaway, this place is highly recommended!

My stay at Base Apartment was incredibly comfortable. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, the room was spotless, and the amenities were comprehensive, including a washer-dryer combo which was very convenient for daily living. The concierge service was attentive and thorough, making check-in smooth and efficient. The apartment's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The location is convenient for transportation, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. There's also a gym in the common area, making it great value for money. It's suitable for both short and longer stays, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The base Caohejing store is truly perfect for business travelers. Its location is excellent, very close to Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, and commuting by subway is convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making daily life very easy. The rooms are spacious, with a simple yet high-end decor throughout. All appliances are well-equipped, including an open kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, making simple cooking and laundry a breeze – truly move-in ready. The hygiene is meticulously maintained, with the entire room being clean and tidy. The front desk service is responsive, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The apartment also offers public amenities like a gym, making it suitable for both short and long stays. I will definitely choose this place again for my next business trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

Arrived in the morning by high-speed train, and the front desk upgraded my room. The room wasn't big, but the bedding was very clean. There's an aloof blue cat on the first floor. The common areas include an open kitchen and a co-working space, which is great for long-stay guests. Outside the apartment, there are many nice little restaurants and small supermarkets, making life very convenient. It's also within walking distance to the subway station, which is quite handy.

A true gem of a family-run hotel! Highly recommend for extended stays. It's conveniently located right next to a commercial area with great transport links. The rooms are fully equipped, cozy, and comfortable! Definitely recommend it!!

My family was visiting Shanghai, and we were looking for a place where three of us could stay in one room, which is why we chose this accommodation.
One bed slept one person, and the sofa bed slept two. It didn't feel crowded at all.
Since it had a kitchen and a washing machine, our four-night, five-day stay was very comfortable. Although breakfast wasn't provided, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, so it wasn't an issue at all. Whenever we encountered difficulties, we could instantly contact the hotel staff via WeChat, which was incredibly convenient.

My stay at Baishe during my Beijing trip far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was incredibly gentle and kind. When I checked in, they patiently explained the surrounding routes and facilities, answering all my questions, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.

The location is genuinely excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and commercial areas. What's rare is that despite being in a bustling area, it's very quiet once you close the door, so it doesn't disturb your rest at all. The room design is simple and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The core strengths of Base Sanlitun lie in its excellent 'quiet in the midst of the bustling city' location and its home-like convenient facilities.

Tucked away in an alley off Workers' Stadium North Road, it's just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li Sanlitun and also a short walk to Metro Lines 2 and 17. It enjoys both the prosperity of the area and avoids the noise of the main road. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine, induction cooker, and full kitchenware. Public areas also feature a shared kitchen, gym, and laundry room, making it ideal for short or medium-to-long term stays. Coupled with attentive front desk service, robot delivery of takeaways to your door, and monthly community activities, the living experience is comfortable and warm.
