Every single stay of mine with the Aman hotels is wonderful and unforgettable. Amandari is no exception. I found an extraordinary sense of peace and tranquility as I sat by the hotel's pool, gazing out at the lush green trees in the distance. As always, the rooms at Aman were spacious yet cozy and elegantly refined. The staff, dressed in traditional Indonesian attire, attended to us so thoughtfully that it seemed I had nothing to worry about except savoring the serene, peaceful moments.

This is a romantic hotel. Thanks to every staff member for their service and help.
The welcome gift for the first stay, the warm service introduced every restaurant, every room detail, and thanks to the chef of the Italian restaurant for the candlelight dinner. You made me have an unforgettable trip to Bali.

Amman, the first choice in the future

1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain.  2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament!  3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well!  4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual!  5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience!  After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

The view and room was perfect. But the staff at the concierge could be more helpful. When we got the car, the staff would continusouly ask for our passports and we all had a handful. 

Environment: The room was spacious and the location was excellent. You could take the subway directly from the basement, and it was very close to Tokyo Station, making it convenient for Shinkansen travel.
Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable.
Facilities: The bathtub was very comfortable for a soak, and the turndown service even provided bath salts.
Service: The service was superb, and I particularly want to mention this: During check-in, I had a brief conversation with the lobby manager, Asaki Yoshiuchi, where I casually shared some personal interests. To my delightful surprise, on the day of check-out, I received a handwritten letter from this manager! The letter included a specially drawn illustration that cleverly combined elements of the interests we had previously discussed. He not only remembered our casual conversation but also took the time and effort to transform it into a personalized and thoughtful souvenir. You can truly feel the hotel's sincerity and dedication.

A (too) Brief but Breathtaking Stay: My Review of Aman Summer Palace
My stay at the Aman Summer Palace was nothing short of magical, a true highlight of my trip to Beijing. I was immediately greeted by name—an astonishingly personalized welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. It felt less like checking in and more like being received as an honored guest.

The hotel itself is a masterpiece of tranquility and luxury. The facilities, particularly the swimming pool, the gym with its top-notch machines and the unexpected bonus of a Reformer Pilates studio, were truly impressive. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

What makes this place a standout is its unrivaled access to the Summer Palace. The privilege of entering the grounds directly through a private back gate is an experience that cannot be replicated. It felt like a secret key to a world of imperial grandeur, allowing for peaceful, VIP moments before the public arrived.

Every detail, from the seamless check-in to my reluctant departure, was handled with an effortless grace that made my solo journey feel utterly pampered. For anyone seeking a unique blend of historical immersion and luxurious retreat, Aman Summer Palace is an absolute dream.
