Convenient location, convenient facilities, but will not disturb the circulation of guests. Perfect room, excellent service from staff...I like everything, next time I will have more time to enjoy the area outside the pool.

I checked in at night and waited in line for 40 minutes! I chose the hotel only because it is located opposite the bus station from which I was leaving further. 
The long check-in was frustrating, because I had nothing left to sleep. 
The room itself is normal, but the sink for washing is not in the bathroom, but in the room.

The disabled room is the largest Other rooms are really small, breakfast is average but the restaurant environment is good. This area is very safe, walking to Yang Guofu Mala Tang, Tianfu Hot Pot, Tianfu Sichuan cuisine, Xiangmanyuan.

Often stay, it is a relatively high cost-effective choice nearby. The surrounding hotels are more expensive than one, which is already a cheap hotel. Overall it is quite satisfactory.

Hotel location is OK, there is no subway around, about 120 rials from GRU airport. Hotel health is better, breakfast did not have time to eat and left, I do not know how. The location is biased, eating and shopping are not convenient, only can live on the first floor, I don't know what the rules are.

I had a pleasant stay at the JVA Fenix Hotel.
The hotel is very well located, near restaurants and tourist points, which made my trip easier and allowed me to explore the city easily.
The hotel has a good infrastructure with comfortable and clean rooms, but I missed some comforts, such as coffee options, no express or lattes available, which was disappointing.
In short, the JVA Fenix Hotel is a solid choice in terms of location and comfort, but there is room for improvements in breakfast and gifts. Considering these points, I would recommend that with some reservations, mainly for the value paid.

Well located hotel with wide parking and covered vagues that helps when it is raining and in the days of heat not to leave the car very hot, soft lift, wide and well-modern rooms, The hotel has hot water in the washroom which is rare in the region.
