Hotel Gracery Shinjuku was exactly as anticipated. We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter. Although it was overwhelming at first with the hoards of people, we settled in and got used to it. Our daughter LOVED being in the hustle and bustle and enjoyed her daily smoothie from 7-11 just downstairs. Hotel seemed to cater to mostly tourists. 

The front desk was super helpful, and most of the staff we talked to spoke pretty good English. It made our stay smooth and enjoyable. They helped us retrieve our luggage, which initially they said they didn’t have. However, they were delivered 2-hours before we our check in. We used to the Airporter from Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay (Disney Area), which was so convenient. The front desk also helped us arrange a taxi for 4am pick-up. Taxi was prompt and made it to the Busta Shinjuku Expressway Bus Station in a timely manner (cost about $15) to ensure we made it tp Haneda Airport by 5:05am (cost $22 for 3 of us). 

The room was spacious. We stayed on the 25th floor and we had a nice view. Room was clean, and it has great amenities (iron, hair dryer, pajamas, slippers, and body wash/shampoo/conditioners). They even gave our daughter a little welcome kit with a pair of slippers, toothbrush and sticker. She loves “sur-presents.” Only qualm about the room was a distinct odor in the toilet and shower area. We attributed it the drain, a bit musty. However, we were mostly out and about a majority of the day, so it was bearable.     

Overall, it was a great stay in a prime location. For those with young children or kids, expect it to be a bit busy and action-packed at night. There are Toyoko kids right outside of the hotel, but again, they seem to mind their own business.

The stay was excellent. The location is superb, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room was immaculately clean. We particularly appreciated the convenient laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) on site, which were easy to use and could be paid for simply using a credit card.
The hotel also offers the convenience of luggage storage, which we utilized both before check-in and after check-out, making our travel hassle-free.
The location is excellent; it's close to the Ginza subway station and within easy walking distance of shopping areas. This made traveling around and getting back to the hotel very convenient.

Room is small but walkable to train station. The location is in a very quiet area but still near to restaurants and coffeeshops. Very nice

It’s super convenient and good location. The room is big for two people and also with a sofa. The location is just 3-5 mins walking from the station. The bathroom is very clean and I like that they separate the toilet and bath. The bathroom you can choose stand or bathtub. It’s very nice equipment and new inside, they also provide clean spray for your clothes or jacket. Besides the hotel there’s a little park which can see a lovely Sakura without cowed. I will choose it again if I stay in Tokyo:)

This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's very convenient for dining and transportation, and the hotel offers luggage storage and a luggage scale. It's not far from Myeongdong, Lotte, and Shinsegae. The front desk was being renovated, and they even gave out hand cream.

The hotel is super convenient, just a two or three-minute walk from the subway station. It's a Japanese-style hotel. Downstairs, there are breakfast shops, convenience stores, and a beef noodle place. There's also an electronics market nearby. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and quiet. Highly recommended!
