The Harbour Plaza Resort City offers excellent value for money. It's rare to find such spacious rooms in Hong Kong. The rooms are clean and tidy, and from the high floors, you get an expansive park view. The quiet environment ensures a very comfortable sleep. It's close to the Light Rail station and connected to a shopping mall downstairs, making dining and shopping very convenient. There's also an outdoor swimming pool and a gym, so the recreational facilities are comprehensive. The front desk staff are polite. Overall, it's suitable for families or travelers looking to avoid high-priced city accommodation. A very satisfying experience, highly recommended. (Trip.com)

Taking the A21 airport bus, I got off at Nathan Road near Middle Road and walked about 6-7 minutes to reach The Kowloon Hotel. It's quite convenient if you don't have too much luggage.

The Kowloon Hotel is in a great location, close to Victoria Harbour, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.

However, there were no complimentary toiletries or bottled water. The internet connection was also very poor, both the hotel's Wi-Fi and my own portable Wi-Fi.

The hotel's location near Kowloon Walled City was initially a bit of a concern, even for a business trip where I wouldn't have time to explore. However, after exiting the subway and walking a few hundred meters to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and there was even a shuttle bus to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. It turned out to be the best alternative to staying at a hotel closer to West Kowloon that I had originally planned. Pictures 1 and 2 show the exterior view from a high-floor smoking room, and Picture 3 is the drop-off point for the free shuttle bus at West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station.

I give this hotel full marks. The lobby and decor really give off a luxurious and high-end vibe. The front desk service was very professional and patiently explained all the procedures to us. For Hong Kong, the service attitude was exceptional! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Even the security guards at every entrance were great, always patiently giving directions whenever we left. The room was very new and clean, though a little small, but for Hong Kong, it's excellent value for money. I will continue to stay here on future trips to Hong Kong. I was very satisfied with this stay. Within 200 meters, there are trams and the MTR, and food options are everywhere, super convenient!

This was my first time experiencing such excellent service in Hong Kong, completely changing my previous negative impression. This hotel offers great value for money, and its convenient location is much quieter than the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui, a popular spot for tourists. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future. A big thank you to Teresa and Foster at the front desk for upgrading our room type for the kids – that's a rare treat during the holidays! The room service staff were also wonderful, and the beds were made up so comfortably. All in all, Harbour Plaza Metropolis is a hidden gem and gets five stars! 👍

Every time I'm on a business trip to HK, I like to stay in North Point. It's close to Central but not as crowded. As soon as I stepped out of the taxi at this hotel, I could feel a strong 'dated' vibe. The room size isn't small, but the facilities are really old, similar to a 90s four-star hotel in mainland China. They don't even provide complimentary disposable toiletries. I had breakfast for three days, and it was almost the same every day. The guy making omelets was sweating profusely daily. It's about a 50-meter walk to the MTR station and also very close to the ICAC, which is worth a visit.

Reviews for Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel are a mixed bag, but having stayed there myself, I found it to be pretty good overall. The room was spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom had a queen-sized bed, and the other had two single beds that could be pushed together. The main difference between the quad and triple rooms is that the quad includes an extra single bed, a washing machine, and kitchenware. The triple room doesn't have a washing machine, and you need to call the front desk to request kitchenware. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had good water pressure. Victoria Harbour is right outside, and there's a shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui. Restaurants and the MTR station are all within a 10-minute walk. Guests can also order dinner at a reasonable price.

Just like other online reviews mentioned, the king bed room is made up of two single beds pushed together! The room curtains also do a terrible job of blocking out light! And the soundproofing isn't great either! In the mornings, I could always hear people talking next door and footsteps from the room above! I hope the hotel sees these reviews and makes improvements!

On the plus side, the transportation is very convenient – Zhenru subway station is right downstairs! And there are plenty of dining options nearby!
