I’m extremely satisfied with my stay here during my trip to London! The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a short walk from Earls Court Tube Station, making it really easy to get to Victoria and central London via the District Line. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores along the street downstairs, so you can grab quick meals or stock up on daily supplies without going far. The room was thoroughly cleaned with fresh bedding and an odour-free bathroom, quiet and comfortable overall. This hotel scores highly for both transport convenience and cleanliness. I’d definitely book here again next time I visit London.

Lovely hotel but I do like windows that a) open, even just a little, and b) that you can see out of. Mine was frosted. Lovely big sash windows but don't open.
Room was a good size, separate desk area and a sofa. Odd bathroom set up with the toilet behind mirror doors which you think is going to be the wardrobe, sink in the middle actually in the main room and then the shower with wardrobe at the other end.
Very quiet, I was in the basement but still had natural light.

The family room was very clean. Although it was located near the main street, it wasn't noisy at all. Both rooms had blackout curtains and door stoppers. I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine, but the staff responded very quickly to help. The location is great; it's only a few pounds by taxi to the attractions, or you can even walk if you're up for it. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Nancy and the heavily made-up auntie who did the cleaning provided excellent service. The washing machine and dishwasher in my original room, 27 on the second floor, were broken. They later moved me to room 23, where the appliances worked, though they were a bit old. However, when I went to shower at night, I found the hot and cold water taps were broken and I couldn't adjust the temperature at all. There was no one at the front desk at night, and the water was scalding hot. I informed the staff on Saturday morning, but it still wasn't fixed when I returned that evening. It remained broken until I checked out on Tuesday. I don't know how I managed to get through those days with only scalding hot water.

There's a bar downstairs, and I was woken up twice on the first night by the noise. On another night, I was woken up at 12 AM by people celebrating a birthday.

This hotel is lovely, well-situated and incredibly good value for money! We booked a midweek stay on a mobile, using a price comparison site and the multiple, additive savings resulted in a 3 night stay in a very nice hotel for less than the price of a hostel! Even if you have to pay full-rate, the hotel is great value. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, air conditioning, toiletries, blackout blinds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff really shone, especially Marta and Greg, who ensured that my autistic son's needs were really well catered-for. I would book again in a heartbeat.
