Stayed two nights for a business trip. The room was great, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast exceeded expectations – truly top-tier for a non-5-star hotel. It was also very convenient to make tea in the room. I'll definitely come back next time.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in on my many travels, the best I’ve stayed in in Shanghai. I had checked in and out 3x this trip, and I loved everything from the service, to the room size, location and cleanliness everytime I retur. I’m all about service, and they’ve outdone themselves, sincerest compliments, from the guys at the car porch area, to the concierge, and everyone else.

Special mention to Lucie - who helped me with my parcel shipment issue personally and directly with the delivery personnel when she didn’t have to. The team also kindly
allowed me to use their numbers when I seeked for help as their delivery platform required a local number (which I did not have). 

I will 100% be back at this hotel the next time I return to Shanghai. Super pleased.

This is my third time staying at Gubei Xiyue, and it's just as good as I remember! The facilities, soundproofing, and service are all impeccable. Takashimaya is right across the street, so it's awesome to pop over for a stroll whenever I want. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly rich with a fantastic dining environment. The cleaning staff were also super kind and approachable. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I'll definitely choose this place!

The hotel is conveniently located right by Zhouqiao Old Street, very easy to find. Across the road are Huilongtan Park and Jiading Confucius Temple, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiading Museum and Qiuxia Garden. We had breakfast and then spent the morning exploring the free attractions nearby – the location is truly excellent.

Upon check-in, we received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was new and spacious, and the bathroom was particularly roomy. It would have been perfect if there was a bathtub by the window! When we checked out, we were even given coffee as a farewell gift. A big thank you to the handsome Xiao Shao!

The hotel has a courtyard and a long corridor, which I believe are preserved from the original old building. There's also a citron tree in the courtyard with many fruits. In the morning, I saw a pile of what looked like fallen fruits in the restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic! The room was great and really spacious. The location couldn't be better, right by Taikoo Li, which made getting around so easy. I truly enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful rest. The breakfast was delicious, and there were so many options for late-night snacks – I went every evening! The breakfast menu also changed daily, which was a nice touch. I found it incredibly convenient to get everywhere from the hotel. I loved it so much! The hotel service was also incredibly warm and attentive. Everything was just excellent, truly excellent. It's super close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, the views are stunning, the room facilities are top-notch, and the hotel service is outstanding.

My stay at the Chengdu Hi-tech Xiyue Hotel during the May Day holiday was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a great location, making it super convenient for getting around, and the environment is clean and quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly. The room was tidy and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. There was plenty of hot water with good water pressure too. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the cleaning staff were very considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and overall, it was excellent value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I was very satisfied with my holiday stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll choose it again next time.

Having stayed here, I'd say this is one of the standout hotels within the HUAZHU Group, both in terms of facilities and service. The location is excellent, very close to MixC shopping mall, yet the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet. The room layout is well-designed, with a separate toilet and shower, all very clean and hygienic. The staff are also great; they guide you patiently and are always ready to help resolve any issues.
