Hygiene: There's a magnetic sticker on the door, so you can request daily cleaning. The housekeeping staff are incredibly efficient; the room was sparkling clean by the time I finished breakfast.

Facilities: The room isn't small, and the window offers a view of Ximending street. It has a smart TV for screen mirroring, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Disposable slippers are provided, but not disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shower caps. The soundproofing is good, but the air conditioning fan is too loud, even on the lowest setting. The breakfast menu changes daily and is mostly Western. Free drinks and snacks are available from afternoon to evening.

Environment: It's right next to Ximen MRT Station, and there's a bus stop nearby that goes to almost all city attractions. Ximending is just around the corner, very lively at night with lots of food options. Downstairs, there's a Hello Kitty themed 7-Eleven, an Animate manga store, and a Family Mart.

Service: The front desk staff are all very patient and enthusiastic, with excellent service attitudes. Free luggage storage is available.

Overall, it's a great hotel. No weaknesses.

I was really disappointed when the old Just Sleep in Nakayama closed down, as I'm a big fan of the brand. But then I found out they're reopening in a new location in 2026, so I quickly made a reservation!

The room is much larger and super clean compared to the previous one. The staff were incredibly kind and always smiling, which was so reassuring. Even though I only stayed for two nights this time, every time I returned to my room, it felt like coming home.

Regarding the room, the absence of slippers was a minor inconvenience. Also, while there's a water dispenser in the hallway, it would be nice to have even one complimentary bottle of water in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect! It was a wonderful trip.

Thank you to all the staff!

The breakfast didn't have many options, but it was decent, and the variety changed slightly each day. The facilities show their age, but they're acceptable. The location isn't bad either. However, there was an insect lying in the hallway outside my room, which was removed shortly after. Overall, it's fine.

Quite close to the central part of Kao Hsiung. We booked the hotel after 00:00 using Trip's same day hotel search function and it's one of the cheaper ones.

1. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Kaohsiung Main Station. It's also a 5-minute walk to Exit 10 of Formosa Boulevard Station, though this exit doesn't have an elevator, so it's not recommended if you have large luggage.

2. The hotel provides a variety of snacks and drinks, all available for free.

3. I originally booked a queen room, but the hotel upgraded me to a room with two queen beds free of charge, which I appreciate.

4. The self-service laundry room is on the 3rd floor and requires a 10 NTD coin.

5. I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM on a rainy afternoon and was informed that check-in was at 3 PM. Oh well, I left my luggage and headed out with an umbrella to find something to eat.

6. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is excellent. However, the shower door isn't sealed, so water tends to leak out.

We originally stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi with a tour group, and later booked an additional room through the platform. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Compared to the fast pace of the group tour, extending our stay at Just Sleep was incredibly relaxing and comfortable.

I must commend the current service team at the hotel; they are truly outstanding and provide excellent service quality. A big thank you to General Manager Vera Yang for her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and meticulous care. Gina at the front desk always greeted us with a radiant and friendly smile, offering wonderful service. Tony was highly efficient in his assistance, and Cathy in reservations showed great emotional intelligence in understanding and helping us.

The hotel's location is perfect. Although it's within the scenic area, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery and a gentle stream – perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast ingredients were clearly carefully selected for their high quality and delicious taste.

The hot spring tub in the room is very spacious, complemented by large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the green trees and distant mountains while soaking – truly relaxing. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Sipping coffee while gazing at the green vegetation outside truly felt blissful.

This hotel is truly a highlight of our trip; Just Sleep is fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!
