We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Thank you Lexis Hibiscus team for making this such an enjoyable and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities were good and suitable for families with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Lexis Port Dickson offers a convenient beachfront location with generally friendly staff, but recent guest experiences highlight notable shortcomings: rooms, while spacious and pleasant, show signs of aging and require more rigorous cleaning; the breakfast buffet, though varied, is frequently criticized for overly salty dishes; and while service is warm, yet communication challenges due to a high proportion of non-local staff creating occasional language barriers.

Overall, it remains a practical choice for location-focused travelers, but cleanliness, food quality, and staff communication consistency need improvement to match guest expectations.

Had a really enjoyable staycation. The room was comfortable and just right for 4 people. Towels, iron, pillows, mineral water, coffee... all the basic amenities were fine.

The bathtub and toilet were clean. However, upon checking in, as soon as I opened the door, the room had a stale smell. Perhaps it was because of showering in the room, making it a bit wet and damp. The hotel also gave a special warning about Charlie ants. The air conditioning was extremely cold. The TV channels were acceptable.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. I was able to check in 15 minutes early and check out an hour late, which was great. There were so many choices for breakfast, I was very happy. The famous Natrah Nasi Kandar is just a 2-minute walk away. Parking felt safe. Overall, it was excellent.
