The hotel is well located. But as soon as we arrived, the young man showed us to our room, only to find it was occupied. He gave us another room, saying it was a mistake, which was really strange. It says it's a room with a window, but the window doesn't face the outside, as the rooms are practically underground. We asked for a second light switch, and they refused. The bed was extremely hard; we couldn't sleep because of how hard the mattress was.

Excellent! The environment is beautiful, and the room is spotless. The soundproofing is also good, and the facilities are complete, including water, coffee, and tea bags. The curtains are automatic, and the windows are great! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel front desk staff are very welcoming and provide thoughtful service. The front desk service is good, the indoor hygiene is clean, and it's very quiet. The soundproofing in the room is quite good, so it doesn't affect sleep.

The hotel does not have the best location and neither does it deserve a very high rating. It is a firm 6.5-7/10 in accordance with international standards. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are OK. Staff does not speak English, but they are trying to be helpful. 

Overall is very nice,just the bathroom is depolished glass, so people can see your body through the glass( all private body part is visible)! (Me is quite unacceptable to this) While other all is very nice, cleaning service is provided everyday, have ai to use voice command to control most of the electric appliance, which is very nice. A big tv, a big fridge, 3 big carbinet so that you can put your clothes. Location also near to Chaoyangmen and JianGuomen metro station where easy to get to famous tourist attraction. Downstair got a 24h convenient store, nice. Overall very nice and recommended if you accept the depolished glass of the bathroom.( Shampoo and shower cream provided also nice.)

The room was impeccably clean and felt brand new, truly highlighting the hotel's unique features. I particularly loved the option to play soothing music for a restful sleep – a fantastic touch! It's definitely my top pick for value for money.

The hotel also pays great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional and responsible; I accidentally left my charger behind, and after contacting them, they promptly mailed it back to me. Next time I visit Universal Studios, I will absolutely choose to stay here again. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend!

The overall experience of the hotel is excellent! The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding supporting facilities are complete. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the response is quick. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will choose to stay next time and strongly recommend it to my friends!

Choosing the right hotel for a girls' trip with my two besties was absolutely perfect! This newly opened chain hotel totally nails the aesthetic for young people. The full smart home system is incredibly convenient – voice control for lights, curtains, and AC means everything is hands-free, so high-tech! I have to praise the fresh air system; the room air was so clean, with absolutely no new renovation smell, which made our stay super reassuring. The space is wide and not cramped; three girls could spread out their luggage without an issue. The bedding was soft, and the hygiene details were spot on. The service was warm and the location was convenient. It's definitely on our must-stay list for future girls' trips; we'll be back!

Free shuttle to universal studios. All the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. We have issues with our food order app and the lady helped with our food order with lots of patience.😊. Thumbs up!

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and shopping district, with excellent amenities nearby. Lele's service was warm and attentive, the room was immaculately clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended. The room faced the street, offering a great view and good ventilation through the windows, but it wasn't noisy. I was on a business trip, and the staff helpfully upgraded me to a room with a desk. I was so busy working in the room that I didn't have time for breakfast, so I asked the staff to pack some vegetables, fruits, and porridge. They were all fresh and delicious, and the little robot delivery was very convenient. I'll definitely go to the breakfast buffet downstairs next time I have the chance. I was in such a hurry when I left that I left the room in a mess, which I'm very sorry about. It was a very comfortable stay and I'll definitely stay again.

Completely exceeded my expectations! My friends and I were traveling in Shenzhen, and I chose this place because of its great location and affordable price, thinking it would be just an average hotel. But I was so pleasantly surprised when we checked in! There's a guitar, a sound system, and the room is clean and tidy. Most importantly, the service is absolutely superb. They even upgraded our room on the second day. Definitely worth staying here!!!!!

The ladies at the hotel front desk are all very nice, with a good service attitude and are very considerate, which exceeds expectations. From 20:00 to 22:00 in the evening, they provide some warm porridge, fruits, snacks, milk, etc., which is very considerate. Geographical location: Very close to the highway intersection, very convenient. There is a small night market near the hotel, which is very lively and has many snacks. The taste is very good.
