The hotel is located within walking distance of the Zhengzhou East Station, which is very convenient. However, there was an odor in the room that we had to keep the window open to clear up, the air conditioning unit did not seem to work, and the Wi-Fi service was quite unstable. I felt my experience here was fairly average and some aspects of the experience could have been improved, but it wasn't bad overall.

The environment is very good and the facilities are very complete. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful at night, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows. The service is also very good. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The equipment is also complete.

This place near 玉米楼 CBD convention center. I booked a nice view panoramic room where you can enjoy night view of the city landscape. They provide laundry service too. The toilet is very modern and hygienic. Overall nice stay. If anyone taking subway there is a station nearby. Food and necessities is accessible where you can walk to nearby mall for eating out at restaurant nearby.

Very good hotel, the accommodation is clean and hygienic, with children to stay, sent a set of toiletries and two bottles of water. The room has a set of tea sets, and the tea bags are very popular Chenpi white tea. Close to Vientiane City and Greenland New Metropolis (360), go east, go north two subway stations, one stop from Zhengzhou East Station, behind is a commercial street. It is very convenient to eat, live, travel and purchase

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Shaolin Temple Scenic Area/Songyang Academy/Zhongyue Temple and other attractions (can be specified), with convenient transportation around, and it is very convenient to take a taxi or walk. There are also specialty restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which can fully meet your life needs.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the caring service of the staff. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce tourist routes. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the decoration style incorporates Zen culture, and the lobby and corridors are full of design sense, which makes people feel comfortable.

The room amenities were complete, with excellent air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had strong, steady water pressure with easy temperature control. The toiletries were also high-quality. The front desk lady was amazing! After some gentle persuasion, she even heated up my potstickers in the staff microwave and thoughtfully prepared a dipping sauce for me! I was so touched! She also helped me pick up my takeout before I even checked in. I'm truly grateful!
