Had a great stay, really felt like excellent value for money! The location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk from the West Square of the high-speed rail station, which is super convenient. Public transport around the hotel is also great, with Metro Line 5 right behind the hotel, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded my room. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The cleaning staff were also very friendly, always greeting me. It's a really good hotel with a nice environment, great location, and high cost-effectiveness. Definitely recommend it!

The room was in a high-rise building. I arrived after 10 PM, and they called me before I got there. I felt the service was excellent; they proactively checked in with late-arriving guests, which was a nice touch! The room's decor was a bit different from the online pictures, but the real-life resemblance was high. Anyone with a good eye could spot the difference between the actual room and the filtered photos, but I'm not going to dwell on that!

Mainly, I want to praise the service. Even though there weren't many staff members, they were all very enthusiastic and accommodating!

This is a small but exquisite hotel that's definitely worth recommending!

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, which is a boon for passengers who catch the high-speed rail. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. The service is also very nice and worth recommending!

The massive floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room are definitely the highlight – the whole room is bathed in sunlight during the day. Watching the sunset in the evening and the city lights at night is incredibly calming. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with marble countertops and wooden cabinets, giving it a clean and luxurious feel. It's fully stocked with amenities, and the towels are super soft. The location is excellent, the views are stunning, and it perfectly blends design with comfort. This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently.

The hotel has a special children's play area (or parent-child room), with toys and picture books, and the children had a lot of fun.
- The room is equipped with children's slippers, toothbrushes, and even small tent toys, which are so heartwarming!
- There are parks/squares within walking distance around the hotel, which is very convenient for taking children for a walk at night.

For a short weekend trip, I chose this hotel on Ctrip that is close to the scenic spot. It is very close and convenient to Qingming Riverside Garden. The environment is beautiful, the decoration style is elegant, the room settings are very comfortable, clean and hygienic. The store's service is warm and sincere, and they also took the initiative to upgrade the room with floor-to-ceiling windows for free. Parking in the courtyard is also very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast supply, and there are relatively few restaurants and restaurants around. The only Xinyang restaurant in the surrounding area is good and worth recommending.

Bringing my family to live, the experience is very good. The hotel is clean and refreshing as a whole, the room is well lit, and the bed is very relaxing. Parking is convenient and the surrounding life is complete. The service staff is patient and kind, and the communication is very smooth if there is a need. The room is soundproofed and the elderly and children can rest well. The facilities are complete and practical, the overall price is very high, and family travel is worth recommending.
