Seda hotel is conveniently located near one of the famous malls in Cebu city. Breakfast was great, they have great food selection options and it is buffet. Check in was really smooth and they even offer an option of early check in + package for drinks for an affordable amount. Rooms were clean, well airconed with a good city view. Maybe the only inconvenience for me was shower water was not hot enough, but not cold for sure. Also they have higene shower next to the toilet but no soap near it. Quite and great place to live while visiting center of Cebu city. It was mi daughters birthday and they even gave us a very tasty cake

First the cons ,
their in room dining and housekeeping delivery is very very slow. .For getting a bottle of water l had to wait for more than 30 mins and 5 calls . it might be cuz it was a Friday night . l didn't like their straightup bar , ambience was good but the cocktails weren't good .infact one of the cocktails l told them to change as they completely missed my instructions .

Now the Pros
The Hotel sits just beside the IT park and it connects directly to the Ayala mall . the room we were in Studio room with kitchenette had all the things necessary for a corporate long stay , refer the pictures. It has a proper functional working table for remote workers . This location l found better than the SM city side . Room was clean , comfortable beds . lot of space in the cupboard .didn't get a chance to use their swimming pool . Very modern rooms probably newly renovated or built .

The location is very convenient and great for business travellers cos it’s rather peaceful but it’s not secluded it has a mall just at the back of it and two larger malls some walking distance away. One of it the Trinoma is even sheltered. Opposite the hotel is another hotel called Solaire. There is food until 2am.

The team was also nice and tried their best to make things work for us. I don’t really like the air conditioner but overall still fine.

I stayed at Seda Bonifacio Global City for four nights and five days. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was quick, although I was required to provide an ₱8,000 cash deposit. Since my flight was on the same day as check-out, receiving that amount back in cash was not very convenient.

What stood out most was how helpful the staff were when I experienced food poisoning. At around 1:00 a.m., I went to the front desk, and they immediately arranged transportation to the hospital. They also provided an in-house nurse who accompanied me to the emergency room and helped me with the registration process. I was extremely grateful for this thoughtful support during such a stressful situation. The following day, the manager called to check on me, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

The room was a good size and comfortable, and the hotel is in an excellent location where restaurants, shops, and other places are easily accessible.

Breakfast was not included in my booking, but I decided to try it on the last day. I asked whether hotel guests received a discount, but unfortunately, there was none. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, although I expected staying guests might receive a reduced rate.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. The kindness, compassion, and exceptional support shown by the staff, especially during my medical emergency, made a lasting impression. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for me. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again.
