This is a fantastic hotel, a well-established five-star in Ningbo. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, with lots of local Ningbo specialties, like `hui tuan` (I'm guessing this is a specific local dish, perhaps a dumpling or pastry, which might not have a direct English equivalent, so I'll leave it as is or try to describe it if more context was given). The staff are super friendly and always greet you. A special shout-out to the server in the buffet restaurant who was exceptionally kind to the children. The swimming pools are also very clean; there are two, a smaller one with warmer water and a larger one that's still a comfortable 29 degrees Celsius. 

However, for breakfast, some dishes were only labeled 'Chef's Recommendation' without their specific names. What exactly were those dishes?

The hotel's dining completely lives up to its five-star rating. The dining hall is clean, spacious, and enjoys comfortable natural light. Tables are cleared promptly, and the staff are proactive in refilling water and removing dishes, providing attentive service throughout. The food selection is extensive, offering a good balance of local specialties and Western-style light meals. Ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Chinese dishes like salted duck, stir-fried chicken wings, and steamed meat patties are authentically seasoned and cooked to perfection. The vegetables are fresh and refreshing, and the rice is soft and delicious. For breakfast, there's a full range of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot porridge. Items are replenished quickly, so there are never any empty trays. The dining atmosphere is quiet and elegant, making for an excellent experience whether you're having a simple meal or a buffet. The quality of the food truly left a lasting impression.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The service at Aria was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and convenient. The location is superb, making it very easy to get around. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommend!

The room is quite large. The shower room, bathtub, and bathroom are separated from dry and wet areas. It is quite clean overall. After checking in, the aunt sent the children's slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The service is quite attentive. A few points that need to be mentioned: 1. There is no trash can next to the sink, and you need to go to the bathroom or room to throw away garbage, which is a little inconvenient; 2. Only tea is marked with prices in the room, and mineral water, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. are not marked. Some The hotel charges for all these things, and this aspect can be improved by putting a label on it; 3. The buttons on the TV remote control don't work, and I checked in a bit late, so I didn't change it; 4. The front desk phone number is not marked on the room phone, I think. Contact the front desk and have to find the number on Ctrip.

The hotel environment is very good. When I checked in, I met the handsome customer service of the front desk surnamed Yuan. After understanding the needs of our two elderly people, the service was warm and thoughtful, so we immediately changed the itinerary and stayed for two days. Then the hotel met He Guiqin, the beauty customer service of the catering beauty, during dinner. Her service was very dedicated and professional. After understanding our dietary habits, she patiently helped us order food. It was very warm and patient, so that our dining experience improved a lot. Then I really met when I ate the next day and ordered food, very pleasant. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich and delicious, the ingredients are quite fresh, and the service is very good. The customer service of the housekeeping department is also very good. I encountered a little emergency problem when I checked in, and it was very efficient to deal with it. When checking out, the front desk customer service Xiao Xue and He Guiqin also came out to take the initiative and enthusiastically help us take the luggage and send us to the car. They feel very kind. The hotel has so many excellent employees. The business will definitely become more and more prosperous. It is an excellent quality hotel worth visiting next time.

The front desk staff were efficient and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was super fast, and the front desk agent, Xiao Han, was smiling and very welcoming, providing excellent service. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with instant hot water. The soundproofing was fantastic! My entire stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely stay here again! Professional and warm, a full 10/10 experience. Thumbs up to Xiao Han! 👍

The rooms and hotel environment are pretty good, and there's no weird smell in the room. It's also super close to Zhenhai Middle School; you can get there in less than a minute by going out the back door of the hotel. The hotel's Zhaungyuan culture theme is also really well done and creates a great atmosphere.

少數房間可能遇到電視較舊、水壓不穩定（尤其在用水高峯期）、淋浴房地面濕滑無防滑墊等問題，存在一定的安全隱患。

Service: Satisfactory. We were given a free room upgrade when the room was less crowded.
Because I was on a business trip and had to check out later, they told me I could clean up my room. I arrived at the hotel after 2:00 AM to get my belongings.
Breakfast was served in the room and was quite generous.

The hotel is relatively new overall, the rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk service is attentive, the restaurant has rich food, the sleeping environment is quiet, the overall experience is good, it is worth staying, and the manager is a beautiful woman, I feel good after seeing it, I will book here next time!

Nice lake view with skyline, clean rooms, shower and heating are all working well, good robot takeout delivery service, helpful receptionists, friendly staff overall. Would book again if I go to shaoxing.
