The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel overall was good. The breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet spread. A big bonus was the swimming pool, which had a hot spring shallow pool perfect for kids, as well as a normal temperature pool for swimming. My only complaint was being called at noon asking about cheap flights – it was really annoying to be woken up, and I hope they improve this. The hotel's location is excellent, with Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake Park nearby, plenty of dining options, and close to the subway. Overall, it was a great stay! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

I really loved the overall style of the room, especially the large projector screen and the bathtub – they made for a fantastic experience. However, it was a holiday, so there were a lot of kids, and the hotel's soundproofing wasn't great. Even though we switched rooms mid-stay due to a small issue, the soundproofing in the new room wasn't much better. But when I called the front desk at night, they were very proactive in helping resolve the problem, and their service attitude was excellent. I'd definitely consider staying again during the off-season to fully enjoy it, as the scenery outside the hotel is quite beautiful.

A special thank you to YangZhuxiang, who took care of our room every day. She was always smiling, kind, and genuinely caring. You could really tell that she enjoyed making guests feel welcome, and her positive attitude made our stay even better.

We also want to thank Aria, who was always friendly, helpful, and truly wanted the best for us. Every interaction with her felt genuine, and she always made us feel welcome.

Finally, a huge thank you to Jay, who worked at the breakfast restaurant. My friend and I have special dietary requirements, and Jay went above and beyond to help us every single morning. He took the time to understand exactly what we could eat, answered all of our questions with patience, and always made sure we were taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay.

My stay at the Grand Metropark Hotel Ningbo was a delightful surprise! The hotel faces the central lake directly, and its architecture is quite stunning. The lobby is spacious and airy, making it a great spot for photos. The room was brand new and spotless, with a simple yet elegant New Chinese style. The lake view room offered an amazing vista; I could watch the sunset over the lake right from my bed. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room featured smart home controls, a separate wet and dry bathroom, and excellent soundproofing. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were attentive and responsive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including many local Ningbo specialties. The heated pool and gym facilities were complete, and parking was convenient. It's also very close to Cicheng Ancient County, making it perfect for a short getaway. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it – I'll definitely be back!

The staff consistently greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel incredibly comfortable from the warm welcome during check-in to patiently answering all our inquiries. The front desk colleagues, in particular, were not only efficient but also thoughtfully inquired about our travel needs and offered very practical suggestions. Every time we entered or left the lobby, they would actively greet us, as naturally as old friends. This feeling of being valued was the warmest memory of this stay. We also dined at the hotel, and the service from all departments was exceptionally attentive. We will definitely choose Nan Yuan Wang Hai again next time.

. . . I talked to two different people on the phone and in person twice. I didn’t drink the paid tea. However, when I checked out, they chased me and charged me 😞. The concierge was useless. The man at the front desk who checked in on the first day was arrogant. The decoration style of the room is very shocking. It is glossy lacquered tiger-spot huanghuali wood-veneer style furniture, not matte. It is too rich and tasteless. The carpets and cabinets are old, and the coffee table and the end of the bed have sharp corners that can easily hurt people. The room is far from the elevator. At first, I asked that the swimming pool would be closed for two days. On the 15th, I asked and said that it opened yesterday. The management of the outsourced swimming pool was chaotic, their attitude was arrogant, and the environment was not good. There are many people in the swimming pool, it is small, noisy, old and dilapidated, the stones are cracked, and the experience is not good. I complained to Ctrip about the swimming pool and the environment, and wanted Ctrip to ask for two free breakfasts, but the hotel actually refused. I stayed there for four days and was so stingy.

But luckily I ordered it cheaply, you get what you pay for, cheap stuff doesn’t mean good stuff😄😃😂😁. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very responsible. The furniture is not practical, the small coffee table is rickety, the TV is too old and there are not enough clothes racks. The operation of water discharging from the bathtub is inconvenient, and there is only one buckwheat pillow. . . Fortunately, the service was okay and the issue was resolved. Anyway, don’t expect too much. Not as good as the Intercontinental Hotel, unprofessional and gross.

No bedside stool! Their official pictures are painted with shocking varnish, and they use a wide-angle lens. The modern room is big, but it's not that big, and it doesn't have that effect.

The rooms are spacious and hygienic, the service is warm and thoughtful, the park and swimming pool are a good place to walk the baby, and the gym facilities are also available. The gym and swimming pool are open to the outside world, and there are many people in some time periods.
There are many types of breakfast, boiled noodles and peppers, as well as special rice cakes and soup, delicious. There are ice cubes and good service.
Where improvements need to be made: there are several batches of people live in the children's playground every day (see the last two photos), the hotel needs to supervise, do not take pictures of guests, especially minors, if taken, may be suspected of infringement and be handled carefully.

The hotel boasts an excellent location near Dongqian Lake, very close to Xiaoputuo on the lake and Hanling Old Street. The hotel facilities are also quite good; it's a very comfortable hotel. The lovely young lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive, speaking softly and calmly – a pleasant sight and sound. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, nutritious, and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. I felt a pang of reluctance to leave. Highly recommended; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ningbo.

I came here during a typhoon, and the front desk lady was excellent, proactively upgrading my room. The hotel is clean and tidy overall, with great natural light in the rooms, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. Front desk staff Xiao Zheng and Xiao Li were enthusiastic and thoughtful, efficient with check-ins, and quick to respond to any issues. The location is convenient for getting around, the environment is quiet, and I had a great rest. The breakfast was also good, and the overall value for money is impressive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Because I had wine at the hotel the next day, I chose this one blindly for the convenience of it. It was unexpectedly good.
The room is super big, 3-4 It is also suitable for individuals to go out. The bunk beds are simply dreaming of returning to the dormitory time, and I don’t want to leave at all. 🥹
The service was also great. When we checked in, the front desk saw that we were three people. We sent us an extra breakfast. We were so grateful. We also had white fungus soup for free in the evening.

My experience at Shanghe Nanyuan Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The new Chinese-style courtyard environment is elegant and serene, and the facilities are all brand new and spotless. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, and they even offered complimentary fresh fruit upon check-in. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. There's free parking for those driving, and it's a short drive to the Silk Road Thousand-Year Performance, making it convenient to visit Shanghe Pearl. It's my top choice for a vacation stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jiaozhou.

The hotel is relatively new overall, the rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk service is attentive, the restaurant has rich food, the sleeping environment is quiet, the overall experience is good, it is worth staying, and the manager is a beautiful woman, I feel good after seeing it, I will book here next time!

I stayed at the Wencheng Hotel a few years ago. It was an old hotel, but I appreciated the service. This time, I was originally staying at the Sunshine Holiday Hotel when I returned to my hometown, but seeing the newly renovated Wencheng Hotel across the street, I decided to stay there for two days. The hotel has a grand decor, and the service is as good as ever (even more attentive than before). It has a dedicated parking lot, the rooms are quite large, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. I've uploaded a video so those interested can see it for themselves. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
