Great hotel! Even though the bathroom and toilet are shared, they were spotless. There's a microwave in the common area, which was super convenient for heating up food from the supermarket. My friend and I were both very satisfied. The street view from the hotel balcony was also beautiful.

Location need no more explanation or introduction, it was so convenient 
Staff were very friendly , helpful and attentive 
Room was nice , clean, comfortable  and well equipped , totally feels like home
Will definitely make this place my first choice when my next visit to this city

Very good location, right next to a metro station, big clean room, warm, beds and bathroom all very good. Kitchen has everything. Check in process went well with online check in and process to enter into the apartment was seem less. There are grossery stores nearby, and coffee shops. Boiler shut down during the middle of night for some reason which I reset in the morning and then it worked. Our experience overall was excellent !!!

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a simple kitchen and washing machine. The location is very good, right on Gran Vía. The breakfast is also good, you can order food, and the restaurant overlooks the old town of Madrid by the window. The front desk is very enthusiastic and greets you every time you pass by. The only drawback is that the room is not cleaned every day.

We were there around 10pm. We were waiting outside of the apartment for more than 45 min. There is no one answere our call and trip.com also couldn't find their supplier. We been told that we didn't reply their email and send out our passport copies so we cannot have the apartment. I understood that would be your hotel policy but we were on our journey. we couldn't reply you in time. We booked 3 adults accommodation and the sofa bed did not prepared for us. My dad finally slept on the floor. I did send message to owner but no one came over.
My experience is trip.com gave customers bad response and this apartment is average.

Overall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Contacted the hotel customer service, uploaded the passport photo to receive 😅 In addition to this, the overall is very good, the location is very convenient, about 8 minutes to go out is the subway station, taxi can also be called

Everything was good. Everything is nearby. The location is excellent. The room had everything you need, the staff was polite. The only thing that was bad was that we stayed for 3 nights, during this time they never cleaned or changed the towels, although I asked them to change the towels.

The location is very good, on Grand Street, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The diagonal is the British Palace, but there is no big brand, most of the Spanish local brands. -1 has a large supermarket, everything, occasionally we buy food back to make it ourselves.
The hotel staff are quite polite. Because it is an apartment, you have to clean the bath towel yourself. Every day, the squash is collected at a fixed time.
The apartment room is very well lit, floor-to-ceiling glass, very suitable for families. You can cook for yourself.
Stayed for a week, the overall is very recommended.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The area felt safe and convenient. The place's cleanliness was also impressive, everything was tidy, well-maintained, and fresh. However, the AC didn’t work properly and wasn’t cooling the room effectively, which made things uncomfortable.
