First off, there's nowhere to store your belongings, and they really don't care even if you ask. So, if you have a lot of luggage and need to leave it somewhere, you can't. Another thing, it's noisy all day long in the same spot, with workers making noise, passing by your room with their doors open, and using the same kitchen and everything. I don't recommend it. You can hear everything through the walls in the rooms, so if you're talking, everyone can hear. It's not a good place to rest. The only good thing is the location; the rooms are nothing special.

It's just about worth the price for a stay. The staff weren't unfriendly.

Based on the vast difference between ratings on Trip and Google, I think this property is a hit-or-miss and I was 'fortunate' to face both of such. My mistake was not checking in prior to arrival, which delayed the PIN delivery. I also booked another room on the subsequent day and was kindly allowed to check in earlier to the next one. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The view of the first room faced the road, while the other faced the containers mentioned on some of the negative reviews. So it depends on which room is allocated. I still give this a positive review as the slight delay in replies did not affect my stay.
I guess this is how BnB is moving forwards with technology in place of the traditional hotels with 24 hr reception.

This apartment is right in the center of everything, with easy access to top sights, cafes, and restaurants. The space itself is super stylish and filled with charming local touches, making it feel special and authentic. Also, the host was very helpful, offering fantastic recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems—they even had their own handy guidebook with must-visit spots! The price was totally worth it, and this stay has became one of my all-time favourites.

I’ll **definitely be back**—next time, I’m staying longer! **Highly recommend!** 🌟

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service, the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

Very clean and complete, large kitchen and very clean impeccable bathrooms, highly recommended.

Location is great as it is in gran via (very center), supermarket 24 h in walking distance. Also with Mercado San Miguel very close and not to forget to mention San Gines Churros also only in walking distance.

We love that they provide washing machine & dryer, fully kitchen equipment as we’re traveling as family and having all of this was really helpful.

There was a welcome drink from the skybar so we can enjoy madrid sky at sunset time.

We've been to many places in Spain, but never before have we encountered such a complicated procedure for getting into an apartment.

Usually, before your stay, you receive an email with a form to fill out with your personal details and check-in instructions. In this case, we received the following message: ”This property has no reception. Please contact them for detailed check-in instructions.”

On the Trip.com app, you could contact them via messenger or phone. We didn't receive a response on messenger, so we called the number provided (you could choose to be redirected to ”reception” or ”reservations,” which we chose). Over the phone (in English), we were given two more phone numbers for reception, which we were to contact via WhatsApp. The first one didn't answer, and after entering the confirmation code from the email, they replied to us, and only then did we receive the form to fill out. After filling out the form, we received the correct door code, apartment number, and address (!)—it turned out our apartment was in the building opposite the address in the ad. It wasn't the most pleasant check-in process, having to endure the heat and luggage.
It seems that many visitors face the same problem – in the stairwell of one of the buildings (at the address advertised, not the one where we ended up staying), the residents posted a sign informing tourists that there were no tourist apartments on the top two floors of the building.

The apartment itself was okay, with good air conditioning and a fairly well-equipped interior. In reality, it looked a bit worse than in the photos. There was no Wi-Fi, and instead, a broken router was lying on the floor.

Very good location, right next to a metro station, big clean room, warm, beds and bathroom all very good. Kitchen has everything. Check in process went well with online check in and process to enter into the apartment was seem less. There are grossery stores nearby, and coffee shops. Boiler shut down during the middle of night for some reason which I reset in the morning and then it worked. Our experience overall was excellent !!!

Horrible self check in process. No communications from the hote what so ever. Had to call them. The posted front desk tel number is not the actual number. When I finally found out the correct number after making multiple inquiries, the front desk was irresponsive. WORST self check in experienc. By the way, the posted address of the front desk (at a different location) for people to do physical check inis also wrong.

Really solid budget option, check in/out was quick and easy. Security seemed good; locks on rooms, and on downstairs guest areas worked well. Shared shower and toilet were clean with shower gel provided which was a nice touch. Bed was clean and comfy enough. Bunk beds were metal framed which makes them noisier, however all had their own curtain and light, with enough space to sit up. Great location with a nice relaxed vibe.

I spent multiple nights at Akeah Verde Hotel in Budapest for the second time this year on a business trip and I have nothing more to say than just pure perfection and joy during my stay. The hotel has big rooms and cleaning on daily bases. What impressed me the most was the reception team. I met Kriszti, Anna and Bence during my stay. Kriszti truly stands out,she has a lovable personality and was always fast and ready to assist me with my matters. Whenever I needed help, whether asking for directions or solving small issues, she handled everything promptly with a positive attitude. Anna and Bence were also kind and attentive whenever they were on duty.I WILL DEFINETELY BE BACK AGAIN.[Heart][Heart][Heart]Thank you all once again.
