Excellent location, friendly barman that opened a bottle of wine for us. :) welcoming reception. Clean sheets, towels, everything.
Bad minor point: bit of shower falling off, worn floor but it's truly minor.

Our Valentine's stay at the hotel was pleasant. The service was top-notch, although the rooms themselves are in need of renovation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk from the metro line, and conveniently close to Pingo Doce and Aldi supermarkets.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Arrived around 1030-11AM and the front desk staff let us check in early! Room was neat and clean, beds were super comfy. Location was incredibly convenient and it’s a very near walk to Praca do Commercio and Lisbon Cathedral, with many public transportation options nearby. Would recommend and come back here again when I visit Lisbon!

This apartment style hotel is located at a residential area. So it depends on what you want.. Quiet and peaceful area definitely a good place for accomodation.
Subway station aint too far away to get to the more popular areas. Tram stations available too.. so it is not a bad location afterall.
Room is big, comfortable and clean.
Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.

Tidy hotel in a decent location in the centre of Lisbon.
Would be great to use as a based for exploring.

I was there for the half marathon so was a little out from there but bolt and Ubers were cheap enough

This is a budget hotel. The room was newly renovated, and there was a faint smell of renovation when I first checked in, but after turning on the air conditioning, it was gone by the next day. There's a supermarket within a 2-3 minute walk, and a large El Corte Inglés shopping mall is about a 6-7 minute walk away, which makes life very convenient.

This hotel was lovely and mostly comfortable with good beds. But the rooms were very hot! Trying to turn on the air conditioning resulted in heating up the room. A 3am call to the front desk had us opening the window and being subjected to all the street noise and lights. Needless to say there was not much sleeping to be had. We were told in the morning that all Turim hotels in Portugal have their air conditioning turned off and switched to heating in the winter. The entire building was warm with little opportunity to cool down. 
In light of this, we will never stay at a Turim hotel again. There was no compensation or recourse for the overheating conditions.

A very pleasant stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas markets; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything went well. Thank you, perhaps see you again soon.

Hotel was well located and fine for its purpose.  Staff was polite.  I did, however, ask for help with one thing and staff member did not follow through.

The location was a bit far, but the facilities were really good. The bathroom was clean. They even gave me a welcome letter. The reception staff were friendly and I had a great stay.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms. We were on the first floor, so we had a partial sea view, but not a clear horizon. However, the staff is pleasant and the service impeccable. Very good stay!

I had a great stay! I would highlight the great location, the views from the room and rooftop, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff.
