really recommend for solo traveller, self check with cute front desk, machine are easy to using. Provided very clear instructions for all service. Room are clean and quite during my stay. 
Well managed luggage storage for the customer as well. You can place your luggage at the designated area on the check in and check out date for free.
Location is near to Tawaramachi station which is 1 stop before Asakusa sta.

I've stayed here many times, so coming back feels incredibly familiar, like I could find it with my eyes closed after getting off the plane 😁. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Haneda Airport, which is super convenient for travelers with luggage. The driver even helps with bags, and it's only about a 15-minute ride from the airport to the hotel – so convenient! 👍 The front desk still has the big, cute dinosaur 🦖, which is adorable. While the room isn't huge, it's not too cramped for two people. I definitely plan on staying here again, and likely many more times in the future. See you next time! 😊

Vey great location, close to both metro and jr. A lots of food even at night and the area is very active( might be a little scary at night for women who travel alone). There are 7-11 and lawson close by. The room is great alittle smaller than I though. There was a cloth dryer in room very helpful and convenient. There were also laundry at the second floor. It self check-in with computer but if there were some problems there will be staff assist. Also free luggage storage which is also very convenient.

This hotel is conveniently located and offers great value for money. I've stayed here many times already. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, and the self-check-in/out process means you won't be disturbed. Overall, it's clean and tidy. It would be perfect if the rooms were a bit bigger.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two people. The location is convenient, close to Daimon Station and JR Hamamatsucho Station. If you don't mind a slightly longer walk, you can also take the Yurikamome Line. There's a convenience store downstairs, but the area isn't particularly lively. Check-in is fully self-service, and you can call staff if you need assistance – the service is excellent. However, the two robots at the front desk actually move, which startled me! The hotel has coin-operated washers and dryers, and you can exchange coins at the front desk machine. There are self-service lockers on the second floor, which are very handy.

I had a wonderful stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Ginza, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The location is extremely strategic, perfectly situated in Ginza with easy access to metro stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and main attractions, making it ideal both for business and leisure travelers.

The room cleanliness was absolutely outstanding, truly above expectations. Everything was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is incredibly quiet, allowing for deep and restful sleep after busy days in the city.

A lovely added touch is the complimentary tea time offered daily, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is also conveniently available every morning in the lobby, making the stay even more comfortable and stress-free.

Efficient, modern, clean, and perfectly located, this hotel offers excellent value in the heart of Tokyo.

I would definitely stay here again.

1. The hotel is located in Nishi-Kasai. After taking the airport bus to Kasai, it's a 15-minute walk to the hotel.
2. There's free self-service luggage storage available.
3. A hotel shuttle runs to Maihama Station in the morning and evening, making it convenient for Disney. Remember to queue early to get a boarding pass. The bus stop for the return trip from Maihama to the hotel is C6, located on the outer side of the bus island.
4. The hotel is on the Tozai subway line, just a 5-minute walk from the station.

I like the dinosaur reception concept. As for the room, well I think the size is typically the same around the area with this price range. The only downside I am not comfortable was the WC and bathroom are separated.

Great location! It's near the subway, tucked away on a quiet street. Check-in is done via a terminal, but there's always someone available to help if needed. We had a twin room with spacious and comfortable beds. Our room also had a separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient. The only downside was the lack of hooks in the bathroom. For breakfast, they offer bento sets from the fridge, available until 9:30 AM. We didn't find ours to be very tasty. There are microwaves available for heating food.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the tram station, and there's a convenience store just around the corner. The surroundings are very quiet.

Breakfast might be a personal preference... Although we paid extra for it, we didn't end up eating it, mainly because we're not used to having microwave meals first thing in the morning. The dining area is clean and a nice spot to have a bite and chat with family or friends.

If I visit Osaka again, I'd still choose this hotel!

The double room is a decent size, and we particularly loved that the bathroom has a bathtub.

This is my second stay here, and the location is excellent. Shinsaibashi subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and you can also use the underground passage which has plenty of shops and restaurants, including Starbucks and Muji, for browsing and shopping. The room is small but clean and tidy. The lobby offers a simple breakfast with freshly made onigiri, bread, salad, and yogurt, and you can take it back to your room. There's also a microwave and oven in the lobby for heating food. Plus, there are free snacks, drinks, and even alcohol available at various times throughout the day.

Right outside the JR station... incredibly convenient. Self-service check-in... perfect for introverts traveling alone. The room facilities are very new and clean... and the value for money is just amazing! Highly recommend!

It was nice to have a feeling of openness from the entrance. This time, I used a Japanese-style room with my parents. There was a bed, but it was large and I was able to spend a relaxing time. The bath was comfortable (* ^^ *) The breakfast was delicious.
