The facilities are brand new and even include exclusive Pola brand toiletries for showering 🛁. The front desk's check-in process is very innovative and fun. Definitely worth a stay!

The hygiene is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Really excellent!

The environment: The hotel itself is very clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and bright. Plus, it's super convenient for shopping 🛒, very close to Senso-ji Temple. There's a FamilyMart 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the subway station 🚉 is just a 5-minute walk away.

The room is quite big for Japanese room standards. It's easy to navigate to this hotel. Halal food is nearby. All facilities are provided including pajamas. The check-in process is easy because of self check-in and there is a dinosaur as a receptionist. Bed was comfy enough for us. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Haneda but if you want to take the train, it only takes 10 minutes.

The room was tiny, but the cleanliness was acceptable. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. For the price, the value for money is just okay. The whole process was self-service with zero interaction, which was convenient.

The two robot receptionists were a bit creepy, but the room was clean. The space was a bit smaller than what you'd get for the same price in Osaka, but that's understandable given how expensive land is here. The transportation was really convenient, with Daimon Station and Hamamatsucho Station both nearby, making it easy to take the train directly to Haneda Airport when leaving Japan.

As in most hotels in Japan, cleanliness is always of a high standard everywhere. Even in low-end hotels like this one.
There are two robots at the reception desk, which are more of a novelty and originality feature. Despite the fact that there is a terminal for registration and document scanning, an employee always comes to check everything and help you fill out the forms.
Rooms are assigned randomly. It's a matter of luck. 
Overall, we really liked everything for the price we paid.

The hotel is conveniently located within a ten-minute walk of three subway stations, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Tokyo! A basic breakfast is also provided, which is sufficient to get your day started. I especially enjoyed the complimentary homemade shaved ice available during the evening happy hour – that was a real treat! The room itself was perfectly adequate, and there was enough space to easily open two large suitcases.

I mainly chose this hotel for its convenient access to Disneyland. They have a dedicated shuttle bus, and the schedule is posted on the first floor. However, spots are limited for each time slot, so you need to go to the first floor half an hour in advance to get a ticket to ride. Returning to the hotel in the evening also requires you to arrive early and queue at the shuttle pick-up point, so it wasn't as convenient as I expected. The hotel rooms are small, but the cleanliness and toiletries are quite good. They offer free breakfast, and there's a bar in the evening where you can get cocktails. Overall, it's good value for money and convenient for getting around, but I never managed to get a shuttle ticket to Disneyland. 🥲

I stayed at a new hotel that had only been open for a few days. The shower was very spacious and separate from the toilet. It's really close to Shinsaibashi in Osaka, and there are several drugstores downstairs, which is super convenient for dropping off your shopping at the hotel before heading out again. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. I'm pretty sure I'll book this hotel again next time.

Standout point
Check-in and check-out are done by robot-dinosaur figures, which looks quite unique. You could also call for an employee, in case you prefer it that way.

Location
Hotel has a good location - fairly close to the railway station, so going to Nara and Kyoto will not be a problem. Also really close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, if you are into that kind of activity. Personally, a downside to it is that it is in Americamura, and people looking for a more traditional experience might find that not ideal. 
Only once have we heard any noises from the partiers, and by 10pm it already was quiet, so that is very good considering the location.

Amenities and cleanliness
The cleanliness level was good.

Breakfast
Pretty simple, fairly good. Main plate was the same every day we were there, and you could also take pastries, soup and drinks as you wanted from the buffet.

Facilities: The self-check-in machine was quite interesting and easy to use; just follow the prompts. There were thoughtfully placed umbrellas at the entrance for guests. The elevator required a room card to go up, which felt very secure. However, I have to complain about the TV and internet – they were really bad, incomparable to the Henn na Hotel in Asakusabashi, Tokyo. The TV had very few channels, and I couldn't even connect my home camera! The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, but the toilet paper holder was placed in a spot where it was easy to bump into, which wasn't very practical. On the plus side, the bathtub was huge! Downstairs in the lobby, they offered drinks and snacks for guests (there were seasonal limited-time options!), definitely worth trying – they were really good!

Cleanliness: I saw many cleaning staff around the hotel, and they cleaned the room almost every day, so it was very clean.

Environment: During my stay, there was construction next door, which was a bit noisy. Also, my room faced the elevator, and the constant coming and going of people seriously affected my sleep.

Service: The lady making rice balls downstairs in the morning was lovely. She was very enthusiastic, chatted with me, helped answer my questions, and assisted with inquiries from the staff.

Good location and very clean!   It is located just right in front of the Komatsu station with no more than a minute walk， and then within 5 minutes walk to Toyota car rental There are convenient shops and restaurants n the station.  Hotel also has a restaurant at the ground floor .   Although we haven't tried it，it looks pretty nice.   
It is very convenient to us for a night stop-by and then rent a car the next day to travel around.
