The service of this hotel is really good, the front desk is warm and efficient, and the problem can be solved at any time. The stay is particularly comfortable and I highly recommend it to everyone.  The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the sound insulation was good, the night was quiet and rested, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and I will choose here next time.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I thought a small-town hotel would be pretty average. It's a modest-looking place, but the lobby, though small, felt really comfortable with its free tea and sofas. The staff were very service-oriented and responded quickly to my questions, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, and the facilities were new, clean, and comfortable. What really surprised me was the quality of the disposable items, like the tea bags, toothbrushes, and slippers – they were all quite good! Even the mouthwash cups were color-coded for distinction. They really paid attention to the details. The service was up to star-rated hotel standards. Highly recommended!

Clean and hygienic with convenient transportation. There are many local specialty snack shops around the hotel. The hotel service is thoughtful and meticulous (front desk staff #001 was great 👍). Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it features local specialties, and the savory tea was particularly good 👍!

Cleanliness: Fairly clean. Environment: We booked a family room, which was really bad. The slide design was poor and very dangerous for children. ⚠️ The lower wall was also yellowed, and the mattresses were just two slightly thicker sponges. Service: There are no restaurants nearby, so breakfast can only be eaten at the guesthouse. When we went to the front desk to order, the staff looked confused and asked, ”Haven't you had breakfast yet? It's 9:30! We only serve until 9:30!” We explained that it was only a little past 9:00, so it wasn't time yet. It made us very embarrassed. Also, the breakfast for both rooms consisted of two large bowls of noodles and two small bowls of noodles, which was really funny and showed a lack of understanding. One-on-one butler service: This was completely unnecessary. Summary: I wouldn't choose to stay here again. At nearly 400 yuan, it's really not worth it. The sea is fun, but there's a lot of trash. There are glass-like structures nearby where the sea is beautiful.

The natural environment at the seaside is okay. I originally wanted to find the quietest hotel after hearing recommendations from friends. My first impression was that it was close to the seaside and far away from the main road, so it should not be noisy. However, as soon as I checked in, I found that there was no soundproofing at all in the entire hotel. The upstairs neighbors were talking, walking, turning on the faucet, flushing the toilet, and even having sex, which was extremely noisy. And it didn't stop all night. I never expected that the quietest hotel I carefully selected would be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.

This time I found the location of the front desk and the location of the cafeteria floor has changed. But the floor guidelines in the elevator have not been changed in time, which is somewhat misleading. I usually prefer Jitai Hotel when I return to Lufeng, and I hope the service will be on the next floor!
