The staff were very service-oriented and responded quickly to my questions, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, and the facilities were new, clean, and comfortable. What really surprised me was the quality of the disposable items, like the tea bags, toothbrushes, and slippers – they were all quite good! Even the mouthwash cups were color-coded for distinction. They really paid attention to the details. The service was up to star-rated hotel standards. Highly recommended!

For dinner in the hotel restaurant, due to the large number of guests during the Spring Festival, I waited for about an hour and a half for the dishes, which was very speechless. The last fried rice was free for us. This is also their apologies. The breakfast was too bad, and the dishes were not added in time.

The location is very good, very lively around the street. No worries about food. Because there is karaoke below the comments, I am worried that it is too noisy, , so I specially asked the front desk to give a higher floor. Fortunately, it was arranged in a higher location on the 12th floor.  The furnishings in the room can be seen as old-fashioned design, and the towels are not new. I chose this hotel because there is a Hong Kong-style tea snack on the 2nd floor, which tastes good.
