"This business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep."

"The natural environment at the beach is okay. I originally wanted to find the quietest hotel. I heard the recommendation of a friend. The first feeling was that it was far from the road by the beach. It should not be noisy. I didn’t expect to stay. The whole hotel has no sound insulation at all. The upstairs next door is talking and walking. The faucet flushes the toilet and even the sound is super noisy. And I haven't stopped all night, I didn't expect that the quietest hotel in the thousands will be the noisy hotel I have ever stayed in."

"I came to Shanwei by car. After Lufeng, I took a rest here for one night. They all said that Hai/Lu Feng had to wait for ”dawn” to come again. We arrived here and it was dark. The people here were very good. The front desk of Yu Yexuan B&B was also very friendly. The room for us was also good and friendly to the dogs."

"Facilities: It's basically a projector, automatic curtains, and an automatic toilet, but the hot water only has one temperature setting, which isn't hot enough at night when it gets cold. Cleanliness: Fairly clean. Environment: We booked a family room, which was really bad. The slide design was poor and very dangerous for children. ⚠️ The lower wall was also yellowed, and the mattresses were just two slightly thicker sponges. Service: There are no restaurants nearby, so breakfast can only be eaten at the guesthouse. When we went to the front desk to order, the staff looked confused and asked, ”Haven't you had breakfast yet? It's 9:30! We only serve until 9:30!” We explained that it was only a little past 9:00, so it wasn't time yet. It made us very embarrassed. Also, the breakfast for both rooms consisted of two large bowls of noodles and two small bowls of noodles, which was really funny and showed a lack of understanding. One-on-one butler service: This was completely unnecessary. Summary: I wouldn't choose to stay here again. At nearly 400 yuan, it's really not worth it. The sea is fun, but there's a lot of trash. There are glass-like structures nearby where the sea is beautiful."
