In terms of facilities, the central air conditioner can not be heated for cooling. On the day I lived, the highest temperature in Panzhou was only 12℃. The front desk replied that the central air conditioner had been changed to refrigeration a few days ago, so it could not be adjusted back to heating. For this reason, I added a quilt to protect me from the cold and the service was thoughtful.
