Perfect
This was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our entire Chinese New Year trip. After booking on Trip.com, I called the front desk and found out they've been in soft opening since 2025, which is why it only officially launched in 2026. Despite that, there was absolutely no strange odor in the room. The bedding and overall hygiene were spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the service was exceptional. I'm genuinely not a shill – this hotel is simply that good and definitely worth recommending. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling; you won't be disappointed!

It was a very clean and wonderful room. There was a humidifier, it was quiet, the water was hot, and it was relaxing. The breakfast had a wide variety and was so fresh that I ended up eating too much. I want to go again.

🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, H Hotel, for your wonderful service! ❤❤❤

When we arrived, reception said our bedroom was upgraded. Very comfortable and bedroom size was spacious. The next day in the evening, we had another surprised. They extend 2 free breakfast and make our stay a memorable one. We were also allowed to extend 1-2hrs more. They were indeed kind and had tried their best to serve their guest well. The location is great, just across the road to the left of Fat Donglai. The bus in front of the hotel leads directly to the high-speed rail station, Caowei Ancient City and Prime Minister Cao's Mansion. It is very convenient. The hotel room type is very ideal, the size is comfortable, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated without disturbing each other. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very satisfied with the stay and the journey.

Very Good
In general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!
