"The hotel boasts a prime location, conveniently situated next to Qiyi Road with easy access. Parking is right inside the compound, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Pangdonglai Times Square and the ancient capital of Cao Wei. Especially the member price of 151 yuan for a deluxe king-size room (30 square meters) is an absolute steal! The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet, and disposable toilet seat covers. The washbasin was separate from the bathroom, and disposable towels, makeup remover, hand cream, and hand soap were all provided. A sofa, a desk, a huge TV screen, and complimentary late-night snacks were also included. Excellent! It made up for the disappointment of leaving Pangdonglai Angel City empty-handed and added a lot to my trip to Xuchang."

"It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees."

"We were visiting Wanfo Mountain in Kaifeng and decided to stop by Xuchang on our way home to check out Pang Dong Lai. We picked this hotel last minute and checked in around 1 AM. The front desk staff member was very handsome and provided excellent service. My kids love mahjong, so we chose the mahjong room. The room was incredibly clean, and the mahjong area was separate from the sleeping area, which made the space feel huge. It's honestly the most spacious room I've ever seen! They even provided 8 bottles of mineral water. As soon as I entered, I checked the sheets and duvet covers – they felt luxurious, and we had a great night's sleep. The next morning, we headed to Pang Dong Lai, and the staff even told us about a shortcut that's only a 10-minute walk away. Early in the morning, the security guard had already washed the dust off our car. Honestly, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Considering the price, room facilities, and overall service, this is by far the best value for money we've ever experienced as a family traveling. If we get the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay here. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the location is excellent and very convenient, with many shops just a short walk away. The staff service was wonderful, especially the room service staff, “鸽姐”Her ever-smiling face made us feel truly at home. Every day when we returned to our room, we would find two hot drinks on the table along with a small handwritten note. Sometimes, she would even leave a message to let me know that she had helped wash my socks after noticing them on the floor. These thoughtful gestures really touched me and made me feel warm and cared for. Another staff member, Mr. Wang Shuaiju (王帅举), welcomed us when we first arrived and also saw us off when we left. He was friendly and attentive, even reminding us to grab a hot drink before heading back to our room. Overall, I felt very pleased and grateful for the excellent service throughout our stay."

"Came to Xuchang with the kids, and everyone highly recommended this hotel when we were looking for a place to stay. We stayed for two nights, and it was indeed very good. The transportation isn't great; you'll need to take a taxi to get around, or it's more convenient if you're driving. The hotel is very large, and the service is absolutely fantastic – it feels like everyone is really striving to be as good as Pang Dong Lai! If you need anything for your room, a quick call and it's delivered right away. They also bring fresh fruit daily. The staff genuinely treats guests well, not just going through the motions. The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is just average, and the restaurant is a bit small. During holidays, their capacity seems a bit stretched. Hope they can continue to improve!"

I had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

Come to Xuchang with friends, see the whole season nearby, directly set, the environment is as good as ever, driving is also very good parking, very close to Fat Donglai, just across the road, the room is very big, our three girls live will not be crowded at all, As soon as you enter the door, the familiar exclusive fragrance of the whole season is very safe. The hotel staff is also very good. Basically, they are responsive and very pleasant.

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.

I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant.

The hotel facilities are all new. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious. The service of the front desk lady is very good. The price is not expensive in the city. The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than those of the same price express hotels. The service attitude is standard.
