"The location is in the old city of Zadar, with the church and the clock tower on the side. There will be some noise in the morning, because there are tourists downstairs. It is a homestay, you need to contact the landlord before you check in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian, and finally found the little brother in the bar next to it to help answer the phone. It is best to contact the email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord was very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and dining in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and refrigerator. In the old city, taxis cannot be reached directly and need to take a short walk. Need to climb the stairs, please be cautious if the box is too big.

It was a pleasant stay with all the staff been friendly and thanks to the young lady in the breakfast room. She ran the wholebreakfat on her own, always smiling and having nice things to say. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff. The young girl at reception was equally friendly and insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs. She explained everything about the hotel and things to see in Zadar.

The hotel is in a prefect location which is just 5 min walking distance away from the beach which you can swim and enjoy sunshine. If you like to go for sightseeing. The old town is about 25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. One extra advantage is that a big supermarket Interspar is only 3 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is well managed and you can see from the details that the management has tried his very best to make a prefect stay for his clients. It is highly recommended.

The annex building is some distance from the front desk, and the front desk brother will help carry the luggage to the room. Breakfast needs to go back to the restaurant next to the front desk to eat The hotel is located in the center of Split Old Town, about 5 minutes walk from the sea organ, not far from other old town attractions If you drive by yourself, when you arrive at the hotel, you can hand over the car key to the front desk. The front desk brother will valet parking, parking fee 13 euros a day. The location is quite excellent, recommended for a short stay!

Because of some things, we need to arrive at the hotel a little later. Maybe the city is small and the front desk is hard to find. The female boss came to pick us up in person. She is a very beautiful lady! Candies were prepared for the children, and drinks and coffee were prepared for the adults. She also carefully introduced the must-see places in the old town. The room is fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and soundproof. We live next to the church and it is not noisy. The boss lady also prepared oatmeal and a kettle. If you are in a hurry, you can also solve dinner. Recommended!

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.

The Hotel Donat offers a very fair deal with an excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms are a little old. However, they are very clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The food is down-to-earth and tasty. There is always a large selection of freshly prepared dishes. You can easily walk to the city center of Zadar. The approximately 4 km long route follows the coast and is pleasant to walk. There are several bus stops nearby. You can reach the hotel from the city on lines 5 and 8. I would love to come back!
