We really enjoyed staying here! Especially the swimming pool. The vibes is like in Bali. Close to go anywhere around Dago and no traffic. We will come back here again!

The hotel is a great place to stay, the staff is so friendly and warmly welcome us. For a three star hotel, they provided amenities more than a four star hotel. A safe and mini fridge are available in each room. The breakfast' plates, cups, saucers were warm and clean. The food is nice and well prepared by their kitchen. The price is almost the same with the market at the hotel surroundings. Check-in and check-out time is very efficient and quick.

My stay at Fave Hotel Premier Cihampelas was very enjoyable. The location is great, close to everything like the train station, food stalls, and especially CiWalk. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a holiday. Just a suggestion: my special requests made through Trip.com should really be considered by the management. Because yesterday, during check-in, the room I requested via Trip.com was not given to me. My husband had to ask for it to be re-checked to ensure we got our requested room with a window and a non-smoking room. Overall, I'm happy with my stay at Fave Hotel Premier. Thank you.

A hidden cute boutique hotel that passes its prime but if maintenance is done properly... It will be a good GEM 💎 . Nearby to eateries and spa outlets. In a quiet street for which you will get a good night sleep. Food was great breakfast and restaurant But the toilet smell of sewage at time... And stain on sofa.. for which a reupholstered to a darker tone of color will do good

Strategically located in Bandung city, close to Braga, Gedung Sate, and many popular culinary spots. You won't go hungry as there are plenty of food vendors and cafes around the hotel. For 400k on a long weekend with free breakfast for two, this hotel is definitely worth it. The breakfast menu includes hearty options like rice, chicken, potato wedges, pasta, as well as chicken porridge, toast, omelets, fruit, juice, and mini cakes. It's quite comprehensive, even if not extensive. Yesterday, I didn't have a heavy breakfast because I wanted to try local street food and had an early checkout at 10 AM. The service from all staff, including security, receptionists, and restaurant staff, was friendly. The room size was decent, and the amenities were good, with soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and towels provided. We got mineral water (not bottled though), coffee, tea, sugar, and a water heater. Cleanliness could be improved as there were many stains in the bathroom that looked like they could be scrubbed off. There's also a small swimming pool on the top floor. I borrowed a hairdryer from the receptionist and asked the restaurant staff for ice, and they were quick to help. There's secure parking for motorcycles and cars in the basement, guarded by security. Overall, everything is fine for a transit hotel in Bandung at around 300k if your goal is a culinary tour around the city.

Honestly, getting room 618 was quite a struggle, and I got help from 'someone' to check in during Eid al-Fitr holiday, Day 5. I negotiated for a 1:30 PM check-in, but felt bad and arrived at 2:30 PM, only to find the single bed still not ready. So, I ended up checking in at 3 PM as per SOP, according to the grumpy receptionist. SOP, whatever. Initially, the service was frustrating and made me regret my choice. The TV only had local channels, and they weren't clean. There's a cash deposit of IDR 100k. The shower water at night was full hot, no regular temperature. Then in the morning, it was full cold, no hot or warm. No wardrobe or fridge either.

The hotel is cool, the location is quite strategic. For the male room, the style of Minahasa custom house stage building, with bunk beds. The mattress and pillows are quite soft and clean. the yard is full of trees,flowers and other plants,so it is cool and cool.although it is quiet at night,it is still crowded because there are many people staying.***a old and traditional but still cool. Unfortunately, my hot water for bathing and soap/shampoo/odol + toothbrush and towels did not get. Use a discount voucher to save money. Stay again when returning to Bandung

Everything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?

The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
