"The room was quite spacious, a premier type. However, the bathroom was not well-maintained; the bathtub made noise, and the water pressure was extremely low, both in the tub and the shower. The hairdryer wasn't in the room and had to be requested. These issues should really be addressed. On a positive note, the reception and room service staff were very friendly. However, the service at the downstairs cafe during dinner was just average and slow. The children's facilities are good, with both free and paid options. I hope things improve in the future."

"Strategically located in Bandung city, close to Braga, Gedung Sate, and many popular culinary spots. You won't go hungry as there are plenty of food vendors and cafes around the hotel. For 400k on a long weekend with free breakfast for two, this hotel is definitely worth it. The breakfast menu includes hearty options like rice, chicken, potato wedges, pasta, as well as chicken porridge, toast, omelets, fruit, juice, and mini cakes. It's quite comprehensive, even if not extensive. Yesterday, I didn't have a heavy breakfast because I wanted to try local street food and had an early checkout at 10 AM. The service from all staff, including security, receptionists, and restaurant staff, was friendly. The room size was decent, and the amenities were good, with soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and towels provided. We got mineral water (not bottled though), coffee, tea, sugar, and a water heater. Cleanliness could be improved as there were many stains in the bathroom that looked like they could be scrubbed off. There's also a small swimming pool on the top floor. I borrowed a hairdryer from the receptionist and asked the restaurant staff for ice, and they were quick to help. There's secure parking for motorcycles and cars in the basement, guarded by security. Overall, everything is fine for a transit hotel in Bandung at around 300k if your goal is a culinary tour around the city."

"This hotels in serious need of a renovation I’m sure when it was built. It was a beautiful hotel now things look a bit rundown. It’s about as clean as you can possibly get it and the staff is good. I believe it just needs a renovation for example in the main elevator, the carpet in there was very old and dirty. There’s still carpet in the rooms. I think you would benefit from just hardwood floors if you have carpet in a hotel it should be new. I looked at the information on this hotel before writing this review and it says that it was built in the 90s. You can definitely tell the furniture and the air conditioner looked very old. It says that there was a renovation at the beginning of 2000s well that means that it hasn’t been renovated in 20 years and that’s very apparent this hotel definitely has potential but I don’t think that the cost is justified"

"Located in a residential-like area. The room felt like a palace and was very clean. There's no one at the front desk, so you have to shout to get their attention. They have a sauna and a swimming pool, and the owner, an older lady, has a lot of charisma. If you want to use the sauna, make sure to tell the staff an hour in advance so they can turn on the boiler. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay."

So far so good with a reasonable price and great location. A lot of option for food and coffee shop.

Astrud CahyandariMy stay at Fave Hotel Premier Cihampelas was very enjoyable. The location is great, close to everything like the train station, food stalls, and especially CiWalk. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a holiday.
Just a suggestion: my special requests made through Trip.com should really be considered by the management. Because yesterday, during check-in, the room I requested via Trip.com was not given to me. My husband had to ask for it to be re-checked to ensure we got our requested room with a window and a non-smoking room.
Overall, I'm happy with my stay at Fave Hotel Premier. Thank you.

Guest UserThe hotel is a great place to stay, the staff is so friendly and warmly welcome us. For a three star hotel, they provided amenities more than a four star hotel. A safe and mini fridge are available in each room. The breakfast' plates, cups, saucers were warm and clean. The food is nice and well prepared by their kitchen. The price is almost the same with the market at the hotel surroundings. Check-in and check-out time is very efficient and quick.

RiwathaHonestly, getting room 618 was quite a struggle, and I got help from 'someone' to check in during Eid al-Fitr holiday, Day 5. I negotiated for a 1:30 PM check-in, but felt bad and arrived at 2:30 PM, only to find the single bed still not ready. So, I ended up checking in at 3 PM as per SOP, according to the grumpy receptionist. SOP, whatever.
Initially, the service was frustrating and made me regret my choice. The TV only had local channels, and they weren't clean. There's a cash deposit of IDR 100k. The shower water at night was full hot, no regular temperature. Then in the morning, it was full cold, no hot or warm. No wardrobe or fridge either.

The place was nice but the window was right up against a wall and some motorcyclist were racing all night so it was difficult to find quiet in order to sleep. Everything else was fine and service was good so was the location but those motorcyclists riding around and revving the engines were not what I needed after a long day. At least on Sunday the area was apart of the no motorised vehicles day.

Stayed 2 nights here with great experience's, warm welcome by receptionist. I choose king bed size , the room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfy, and full of amenities.
The hotel situated in heart of city and strategic location, their services is good. The room price is affordable. There is a wide range of breakfast menu's.
Overall, its highly recommended hotel for stay during holiday or vacation in Bandung.

The hotel is cool, the location is quite strategic. For the male room, the style of Minahasa custom house stage building, with bunk beds. The mattress and pillows are quite soft and clean. the yard is full of trees,flowers and other plants,so it is cool and cool.although it is quiet at night,it is still crowded because there are many people staying.***a old and traditional but still cool. Unfortunately, my hot water for bathing and soap/shampoo/odol + toothbrush and towels did not get. Use a discount voucher to save money. Stay again when returning to Bandung

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
