"⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience."

"Honestly, getting room 618 was quite a struggle, and I got help from 'someone' to check in during Eid al-Fitr holiday, Day 5. I negotiated for a 1:30 PM check-in, but felt bad and arrived at 2:30 PM, only to find the single bed still not ready. So, I ended up checking in at 3 PM as per SOP, according to the grumpy receptionist. SOP, whatever. Initially, the service was frustrating and made me regret my choice. The TV only had local channels, and they weren't clean. There's a cash deposit of IDR 100k. The shower water at night was full hot, no regular temperature. Then in the morning, it was full cold, no hot or warm. No wardrobe or fridge either."
