What a pleasant surprise place to stay in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is great location for restaurants and shopping and close enough to the train station and the airport. My favourite part was the beautiful presentation of the breakfast. Grazie mile I will be back!

Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy Highly recommended

A very very clean hotel, everything new and well maintained. Very close (5-7 minute walk) to the Central Station and take Train or Bus. From here you can take bus no. 1 for Milan Bergamo Airport €2.60 ticket. See the program in the attached picture.
