CCorinne_UAEOverall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities).
Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat.
Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job.
I will definitely be back!

GGuest UserA great hotel for the price. It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax. It's a great hangout spot with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every budget. The rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good and varied. I opted for half board. The beach has sun loungers and towels, and there's a villa where you can get a drink and wash up. The beach is gorgeous, with clean white sand and few people. The hotel has a pool on site, but the water is very cold. The staff is very friendly! There are very few Russians, and they were genuinely happy to see us!

GGuest UserThere is a spa and a restaurant. It is like a resort. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. The facilities are a bit old. It is just in time for the tourist season. The hotel is full. Overall it is OK.

CChristoffer Alf EdwardVery friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it.
