"The worst accommodation experience during my trip to Oman. There were no traditional Arabic coffee and dates for a welcoming service. The bellboy was very patient with the luggage and helped deliver it to the room. I booked a stay with breakfast, but the front desk didn't inform me about the restaurant. I was almost overcharged for breakfast. The service was terrible, and the variety of food was limited. I felt the salad area was unclean. These are mistakes even a two-star hotel wouldn't make. The most bizarre thing was a four-star hotel making customers share tables due to limited seating. After overbooking breakfast, the customer experience was significantly downgraded! I do not recommend staying here. If it weren't for the cheap price, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this place. It's a labeled four-star hotel. It has a good design, and the facilities are decent. Generally, service in Salalah is just average. The room was clean and tidy, and the design was functional. However, the soundproofing was poor. Around 11 PM, the guests upstairs kept moving furniture around."

"Great hotel in a new tourist area, but very clean and perfect for relaxation (except the guests of the very large neighborhoods that stole early in the morning all the rests on the beach which must be absolutely improved, But we went soon:) pleasant breakfast without too many people with the kind Nerage and the excellent chef Moataz who prepared eggs in any way always excellent! We had a nice view of the sea, but some nights the music was feeling a little high, the cloaks are not very good and even the door of the room let the noise of the general conditioning plant enter, But he was not more than so irritating to us, a special mention of the always careful and smile Rasha and Murad for gentleness and excellent cleaning."

The hotel is conveniently located a short 13km drive from Salalah International Airport. There's plenty to do nearby, with شركة المعدات المكتبية OFFICE EQUIPMENT CO. LLC, Alqoof park and , Mosque جامع أحمد بن عفيف all within a short distance. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Salalah hotel offers parking on site.
"The location is perfect. Center. Convenient logistics, whether to the airport, to the mountains, or to other popular places. If you need public transport, there are stops on the 20th and 21st nearby, if you need a car, there are plenty of rental shops nearby, the central market is 100 meters away, the Sultan Qaboos Mosque is 300 meters away, the beach is 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. I arrived around 11 am, instead of 1:30 pm, and they checked in without any problems. At first they gave me a room without a safe, I asked for one with a safe, they gave me another room, the engineer patiently taught me how to use it. The room is really big, I was tired of walking from the bed to the bathroom. Everything works - refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, there is a power outlet of our type, which is important, and next to the bed, and not in the bathroom, as is usually the case in Arab countries. The bed was comfortable, there was always hot water, the bathroom had a rain shower head and a fan, it made things dry much faster. Keep in mind that in order for the maid to clean the room, you need to leave a reminder on the door handle. Bottled water was provided upon request. The breakfasts are delicious, every day there is a new hot dish: liver, pasta, Indian-style lentils, in addition to what has always been sausages, country-style potatoes, etc... Ask the chef to cook fresh scrambled eggs - it's a little show. There were always watermelons, melons, apples, bananas, as well as vegetables - tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, carrot sticks - incredibly tasty. The pool on the roof is small, but I always swam in it alone, so it was enough for me. The main thing that few people can compare with this hotel is the view from the window! The view from the window is just like a million dollars. Panoramic glazing across the entire wall is a huge advantage, the photo confirms this. It seems that you are floating in the air and cars are passing right under you, it’s a blast! Overall, I was more than satisfied with my five-day stay and grateful to all the hotel staff. Yes, I would like to recommend to all travelers the good exchanger Mustafa Sultan, on the corner of 23rd July Street, opposite the Sultan Qaboos Mosque (attaching a photo). They have a good exchange rate and no fees. In other exchangers, they will either charge you a commission, for example, at the airport the commission is 2 rials, or they will write the exchange rate on the board, for example, 0.38 per dollar, and end up exchanging it for 0.33, as they did for me in the LULU Exchange exchanger. So I know what I recommend)"

"The hotel is excellent! We stayed with our family from April 14th to April 21st, 2026. The beaches are fantastic, with options for everyone: completely calm, with small waves, or the ocean with large waves. The only downside, which ruined one day, was related to car rental. I had inquired about car rental from Russia, and the hotel recommended 'alphaglobalcar' in an email, stating they were good partners. They turned out to be scammers. Thanks to the person at the front desk (I don't remember their name) who, after an hour of shouting back and forth with 'alphaglobalcar,' helped resolve the conflict. My only question is, why would the hotel recommend these scammers when there's a good car rental service available right at the hotel?"

"It was a great stay. The room was very large with a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent daily cleaning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really appreciated the flexibility in check in and check out times. The location was perfect: as soon as you step out you are immediately on the beach. Breakfast is a bit expensive. I would happily stay here again."

"Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality. Thank you to Amjad and the manager for the upgrade. Ma Salaama"

"Very nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market, The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone. The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful. The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute) It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too"

"A great hotel for the price. It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax. It's a great hangout spot with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every budget. The rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good and varied. I opted for half board. The beach has sun loungers and towels, and there's a villa where you can get a drink and wash up. The beach is gorgeous, with clean white sand and few people. The hotel has a pool on site, but the water is very cold. The staff is very friendly! There are very few Russians, and they were genuinely happy to see us!"

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Standard room, average living environment, old facilities, but there is a big supermarket next to it. The coffee shop downstairs looks average, but the equipment and beans are good, and the products are good.

The facility was very large, so on one hand, it offers many amenities (a spa, tennis and paddle courts, beach volleyball, and numerous restaurants), but on the other, it's difficult to find and reach them all. A map would be helpful to clearly show you where to go! The food in the restaurants is quite good, and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Stayed: 3 days during a first visit to discover beautiful Salalah. Overall impression: The hotel was overall less than expected compared to the pictures, which look nicer than the reality. Room: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service: Service was correct and professional, without being particularly notable. Breakfast: Breakfast was basic for a 4-star hotel. Instant coffee was served in the morning. When ordering coffee separately, Arabic coffee was served, which was not to my taste and was charged extra. Location: Hotel is centrally located, but taxis are still needed to move around. Overall: An acceptable stay for a first visit to Salalah, but expectations should be set accordingly.

Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.

Brilliant, they say there’s no place like home. This was more than home , it was my home away from home. Adeeb was excellent at the service he provided, fantastic customer service and excellent communication throughout. Nacim shouldn’t have been there but was an honour meeting such individuals who provided nothing but exceptional, outstanding hospitality , respectful service and run the business / shift with excellent customer service care and support. Will definitely recommend this hotel, an extraordinary team and overall 10/10 for customer service care, support , security and fantastic hospitality, facilities and communication throughout my stay. Worth the journey.

Very friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it.
