GGuest UserA cosy and quaint hotel with a nice resort feeling. Location is not far to Lee Gardens and other attractions as well.
Service of the staff is excellent and comes with a small cafe and a restaurant with even a library nested in it.
Downside, hotel should provide bedroom slippers for all guests and the aircon fan coil should be cleaned up more regularly.

TthemomentsIt can be quite difficult to secure a room here on weekends, so I booked mine two months in advance through Trip.com and managed to get a great deal.
Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly, spoke basic English, and even reached out before my arrival to confirm my check-in time.
I arrived early in the morning and although my room wasn’t ready, they kindly prepared it an hour ahead of schedule. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, especially after traveling over 12 hours from Kuala Lumpur.
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful.
There were just a couple of minor drawbacks—the water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and the pool could have been cleaner.
Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Kim Yong Market and close to the Hatyai Post Office, which is open on weekends. It’s a great spot to pick up postcards and send them home as souvenirs.

TterdThe accommodation offers ample parking and isn't far from the mall. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The water pressure was strong and the air conditioning was cold. All amenities were complete, and the staff provided excellent service. GGuest UserMy first stay in this hotel, was impressed by the lobby, very cozy and nice. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, no complaints. Front office staff wasn’t very friendly. When checked out at 10am, there was no staff at the counter. The cleaner helped to look around, waited for 10 minutes then the lady staff came out from the door behind the counter. No greeting and apology, just ask me to wait for room check and that took another 5 minutes before I had my 500 baht deposit back. Hotel location is near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong market, short walking distance, convenient.

AAnonymous UserFor a budget hotel, it's pretty good. The AC is cold enough, the shower has good water pressure, and the hygiene is excellent with clean rooms. I'd recommend bringing your own travel adapter and hairdryer. The soundproofing is a bit poor; I was woken up by cleaning noises from next door or upstairs in the mornings. However, it's quiet at night. The hotel offers free parking. There are also convenience stores and food stalls nearby, which is very convenient.
