GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.
GGuest UserHighly recommend if staying in the Mesa area. I stayed here for work training nearby. I had a high-floor king room. The beds are very comfortable. I will definitely take advantage of the pool and hot tub next time I stay here again.
GGuest UserThe service was great. The young lady who worked in the lobby was very helpful. There were two things that we were upset about first was that their pool wasn’t available due to renovations. That was upsetting because nowhere on their website did they say it was going to be unavailable and the reason why we chose to book there was because we knew Arizona is a very hot place and we wanted to get into the pool. The second thing was they told us breakfast was from 7am-8am and we had plans on leaving by 7-7:30am, we arrived at the lobby around 7:05-7:10 for our breakfast and they were barely setting up so we had to skip out on that.
GGuest UserMy Husband and I found this lovely place on trip.com. We just loved it. Lenique she is the nicest lady She made sure we were okay also offered us some cookies. She smiled from the time we got there until the day we left. We will be going back soon.
DDennis WoolvertonNever had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.
GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
JJeffreyOverall experience is very good! Friendly staff, clean and sanitized rooms, breakfast is good! Ambiance is excellent! We are looking forward to come back there soon, highly recommendable place to stay!
