The hotel is fairly new, in a new and upcoming area very close to the airport. It was perfect for what I was looking for. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, but a little snug with all my luggage. If you’re only traveling with one suitcase it isn’t bad at all. More than one suitcase in a room, it may be a little cozy. There was a small hiccup with the heater in my room but once addressed, they sent the maintenance man to fix it and in no time, my room was nice and warm. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, the servers were on point the whole time. The food itself was very delicious. There was not a huge variety to choose from but other than that, it was perfect. The shuttle service was ok. The drop off location wasn’t ideal for me and the driver wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. It worked but it could use some improvement. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would choose this hotel again in the future.

Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room.

Everyone I encountered was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and dedicated to making the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s convenient location, combined with its clean, well-appointed rooms and top-notch hospitality, made it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
