The hotel is fairly new, in a new and upcoming area very close to the airport. It was perfect for what I was looking for. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, but a little snug with all my luggage. If you’re only traveling with one suitcase it isn’t bad at all. More than one suitcase in a room, it may be a little cozy. There was a small hiccup with the heater in my room but once addressed, they sent the maintenance man to fix it and in no time, my room was nice and warm. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, the servers were on point the whole time. The food itself was very delicious. There was not a huge variety to choose from but other than that, it was perfect. The shuttle service was ok. The drop off location wasn’t ideal for me and the driver wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. It worked but it could use some improvement. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would choose this hotel again in the future.

the front desk is friendly and give us coupons for breakfast. it's not our first time to stay here and it's always good to come back. the hotel is located near ORD and easier for us to get in get out. near shopping area and restaurant.

The room was extremely overpriced because there were several events going on in the city at that time. On other days, the room was only a third of our price. Absolutely extortionate, but everything else was booked. Otherwise, the location was great, right next to the subway, and there's a free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes.

The hotel is a typical airport hotel, had a very helpful shuttle driver (Ray) and the other staff interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Located just offsite from the airport, opposite a shopping mall and had a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Room was clean and had everything needed. Bathroom had good water pressure and provided nice toiletries. This was a one-night stay prior to flying home from O'Hare and met all needs.

I made a mistake with my reservation but the staff was so kind to help me solve the problem. the hotel itself is a little outdated, but it is a good stay near the airport.  the airport shuttle bus is very punctual, and the location is very nearby the airport. I also tried dining at Gibson’s steakhouse, which is a steakhouse within the hotel premise , and it was full with locals and conference visitors. Taste was okay.

All the receptionist are very friendly and smiling face. There is one popular shopping mall Target nearby walking distance of 15 mins. The spread of the bf do not has much choices but acceptable. The hotel is nearby the airport, you can see the flight landing from far.

The service was truly outstanding — from the smooth and reliable shuttle service to the welcoming and professional attitude of the entire staff. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and dedicated to making the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s convenient location, combined with its clean, well-appointed rooms and top-notch hospitality, made it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
