Two minute walk to the community center and security office (open 24/7). Three minute walk to the golf course. Our Casa is wonderful and welcoming, casual and comfortable, authentic and affordable. Just to describe it a bit – enter into the indoor patio with garden and fountain - from there you open French doors into the living area with two leather couches, an entertainment center, dining for six and a fully equipped kitchen - this opens to the outdoor patio with fountain, garden and a seating area for outdoor relaxing or eating – from there you walk out to the community pool/Jacuzzi – also, on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and separate bathroom with its own step in shower - going back to the entry you go up the stairs to the very private second floor - this roof top terrace has a covered pergola with a barbeque and eating area – the French doors open into the master bedroom with a king bed, TV and bathroom with a large soaking tub, Mexican tiled dual sink vanity and step in shower – the spiral staircase leads to the viewing tower with a view of the Sea of Cortes and the Sierra de La Gigante Mountains range.
