The last guest had well over 100 people and the neighbors called the police. It is a quiet family neighborhood and I do not want to be known as a nuisance house in the neighborhood. After the last incident, the neighbor’s have a zero tolerance for parties and will contact the police. If you are interested in having a few friends visit you at the house please notify me but for insurance reasons and out of respect for my neighbors I must enforce this rule.
