It's 2 minutes (walking) to downtown Sisters and has a fully fenced yard, 4 person private hot-tub, and propane fire-pit. Please note that this is a guest suite (or attached ADU). There is another unit on the property that has 1 common wall/ceiling. There are zero shared spaces so it's completely private, but with the common wall there is a potential for some noise from the other unit to be heard in your unit. Inside there is 1 extremely comfortable King size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa that is surprisingly comfy for a couch-bed! The high speed wifi and smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included in the Suite is a full bathroom. This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other). Please also note that the HVAC system is controlled via app from the Host's phone. We keep it set to a very comfortable temperature, but if you have any issues with the temperature of the unit please let me know and we can adjust it immediately.Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. This newly updated, 3 bed/2 bath dog-friendly home sleeps up to 8 comfortably with 1 king and 3 queen beds, all in cozy and thoughtfully designed spaces. Enjoy brand new kitchen appliances, a fully fenced yard, and all the touches that make it feel like home. There is a large sectional couch for leisure in the living room, plus a dining area and large kitchen for preparing meals. Also the high speed internet and large smart TV are perfect for streaming your favorites shows and movies. There is also a separate ADU on the property that is listed separately on Airbnb. The ADU sleeps an additional 4 people (1 California King Size bed and 1 pull out sofa bed). The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room. We looked a countless hotels that were run down, in questionable neighborhoods and overpriced. We just wanted somewhere to get a good nights rest after the snow. I hopped on Vrbo and found this gem! With the amount of people in our party, we paid a fraction of the cost we would have for 2-3 rooms at a dingy hotel. The house was immaculate with all of the basic necessities as well as some extras. We would most definitely book this Vrbo again if we are ever back in the area.
