"Arrived early but receptionist gave us an alternative room X perfect. Thank you for help. About 15 mins walk from rail station (we arrived from Nice).... 10 mins walk to promenade. We were there for fireworks display it was cancelled both evenings 24 and 25 august offered refund. They were going to put them on again the following night but unfortunately we were moving on to menton.... Breakfast was great. Would stay here again."

"We slept on the 2nd floor next to what appeared to be a highway for trucks and cars. Impossible to sleep during the night. In the morning they emptied the garbage cand which was so loud. The hotel looks nice on the outside. You have to cross the street to go to the spa. The bathroom was worn out. The staff was friendly."

From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcome. The atmosphere was so warm and friendly that I felt like I was at home, surrounded by family. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and very well maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The employees were amazing,kind, professional, and always smiling. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I will definitely come back in the future and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

Only problem was because they don't accept cash for 200€ deposit. Just can do that by card so two weeks already passed and we didn't get back deposit.. Breakfast is expensive for what they offer so we decided to have it outside.. Except that all other things are for recommendation"

"The positive points are the rooms, which are quite spacious, and their good soundproofing. However, the curtains are broken and worn. So don't expect to sleep in complete darkness, especially since there are no roller shutters. Regarding the pool, the lack of consideration shown by some guests is regrettable: loud music, numerous children jumping and diving constantly, ball games… It feels like a municipal pool or a campsite. As frequent guests of Mercure hotels, we expected a certain level of comfort and tranquility that, in our opinion, reflects the brand's image. We were therefore very disappointed. We would, however, like to highlight the warm welcome and the friendly smiles of the staff. Despite this, we will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment."

Breakfast is good too. Just on a point of information, we couldn’t fit our adaptor into the one socket in the room. There is a usb port to charge phones."

Tasteful interior, a lot of love in the details of the rooms and the common areas, friends of Rituals will love the place. For me, the quality of the beds is super important. I can only recommend. The owner and the staff were extremely forthcoming and helpful! Love the personal journey of the owner and how it translates into this wonderful place! Thank you N. for making our stay so enjoyable."

"The scent of the hotel is very spa-like. The owner greeted us warmly and made us feel really welcomed. Everything was high quality from bedsheets, bathroom amenities, furniture, bath room towels and breakfast. Also the bathroom mat! I can tell the owner has put in a lot of thought into the whole experience. The bed was so smooth and comfy - I’m very picky with sheets and bed. Highly recommended!"

"The staff is very kind, pleasant, and helpful. I regret that the Echo room is very small for two people and dark. We had 15 centimeters of space on each side to get to the bed. There was too much furniture; I came back with bruises on my legs. The night attendant entered the room at 9:40 PM while we were sleeping to leave our umbrella."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a great spot, with the beach, restaurants and the main parts of Cannes all basically on your doorstep. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were excellent from check-in onwards. Everyone was welcoming and quick to help whenever needed. I’d say the hotel’s facilities are probably the weakest part. They’re perfectly fine, but nothing that particularly stood out to me. For a short stay in Cannes though, the location and overall service made it a very good choice. Would happily come back."

"A very disappointing hotel. Hygiene: The room has a smell. I booked a room with a terrace, which can be ventilated by opening the door, but there is still a smell. Moreover, the water in the washbasin of the hotel bathroom is not smooth, which is unpleasant. Environment: We booked two rooms, which happened to be in two directions of the hotel, very close to the opposite house, and it felt bad to look at each other through the window. Service: The old lady at the front desk didn't speak good English, but she didn't smile or greet anyone during the whole process. It's not your fault that you don't speak good English, but it's too much that you lack basic etiquette. I travel for business all year round, and this is the only hotel I gave a bad review in 2024."

"I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious! The service was also excellent! Nothing to complain about. However, I couldn't get to the rooftop pool. Perhaps it's closed at this time of year 🤷🏼♀️ but it's a 10/10. I definitely recommend it!!! I didn't want to leave."

"This is a truly bizarre hotel with a terrible stay experience. Please book with caution! 1. Check-in time is 5 PM, which is 2-3 hours later than most hotels. 2. A €150 deposit is required at check-in. This is the only hotel I encountered in France (including Paris) that charges a deposit, and the deposit is enormous! 3. Given the high deposit, we thought there would be something valuable in the room, but it turned out that even basic amenities were missing. The original kitchen stove, tableware, and kettle were all locked in a cabinet, which is quite unusual. Despite being a twin room and registered for two people, there was only one water glass and one large towel in the bathroom. When we asked at the front desk, they reluctantly gave us an extra towel, but said we could only have one water glass and had to share it! 4. The hotel requires guests to take all their trash with them when they check out, but there are no trash cans in the hotel corridors or lobby. We asked the front desk, and they said the trash cans were on the basement level, but there weren't any. Left with no other option, we had to take our trash outside and dump it in a street trash can! In short, a very unsatisfactory hotel!"
